Özet
ÖZET Y.Y.Ü.T.F. Araştırma Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi Kliniğinde 1994-1999 yıllan arasında 149 tiroidektomi ameliyatı uygulanmıştır. Postoperatif dönemde oluşan komplikasyonları etkileyen faktörler araştırılmış ve bu komplikasyonların azaltılması için başvurulabilecek yöntemler ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Olgularımızın yaş ortalaması 37.8 dir Olguların %30.2'si 3 1 -40 yaş grubunda yer almaktadır. Olguların %82.55'ini kadın hastalar oluşturmaktadır. Olguların %64.43'ünü Multinoduler guatr oluşturmaktadır. Olguların %1 1.4'ünü malign vakalar oluşturmaktadır. Olguların %59.06'sına bilateral subtotal tiroidektomi, %9.4'üne unilateral total kontrlateral subtotal tiroidektomi, %7.38'ine bilateral total tiroidektomi, %7.38'ine bilateral near total tiroidektomi, %6.04'üne subtotal lobektomi, %4.03'üne total lobektomi, %3.36'sına unilateral total kontrlateral near total tiroidektomi, %2.68'ine bilateral total tiroidektomi, modifiye radikal lenf nodu diseksiyonu. %0.67'sine nodulektomi uygulanmıştır. Hastalarımızda genel komplikasyon oranı %12.75 olarak gerçekleşmiştir.Bu komplikasyonlar, görülme sıklıkları sona doğru giderek azalacak şekilde şöyle sıralanabilir. % 2.69 2.69 2.69 2.0 0.67 0.67 0.67 0.67 Mortalite oranı %0.67 olarak bulunmuştur.

SUMMARY 149 Thyroidectomy were performed the period between 1994 and 1999 in General Surgery Department of YYÜTFH. We aimed to research the occured postoperative complications and try to find out possible procedures for decreasing these complications. The mean age of subjects was 37.8. The age of 30.2 % patients were between 3 1 and 40 years old. 82.55 % of subjects were female. The diagnosis of 64.43 % subjects was multinoduler goitre. Malignancy was detected in 1 1.4 % of subjects. Bilateral subtotal thyroidectomy, unilateral total and contrlateral subtotal thyroidectomy, bilateral near total thyroidectomy, subtotal thyroidectomy, total lobectomy, unilateral total and contrlateral near total thyroidectomy, bilateral total thyroidectomy and modified radical lymph node discection, nodulectomy were performed to 59.06%, 9.4 %, 7.38 %, 7.38 %, 6.04 %, 4.03 %, 3.36 %, 2.68 %, 0.67 % of subjects, respectively. The rate of observed complications was 12.75 %. These complications were listed below in decreosing manner. Accordig to its occuranse. % 2.69 2.69 2.69 2.0 0.67 0.67 0.67 0.67 The rate of mortalites was found out 0.67 %.
