Özet
Bu çalışma, Bilim ve Sanat Merkezi (BİLSEM)'de özel yetenekli öğrencilere uygulanan kazanım ve eğitim programlarının, müzik öğretmenliği lisans programında verilen kazanımların karşılaştırılması sonucunda programlar arasındaki uyumun incelenmesi amacını taşımaktadır. Bu sebeple öncelikli olarak BİLSEM'lerin yapısı, kuruluş amacı ve tarihçesi incelenmiştir. Sonrasında BİLSEM ve müzik öğretmenliği lisans programlarının misyon ve vizyonu, öğrenci ve öğretmen seçme kriterleri ile kazanımları karşılaştırılarak programlar arasındaki uyum incelenmiştir. Bu araştırmada, BİLSEM'in eğitim planı içerisinde yer alan Özel Yetenekleri Geliştirme Programı (ÖYG) ve Müzik Proje ders içerikleri analiz edilmiş olup bu derslerin içeriği YÖK tarafından müzik öğretmenliği lisans programı için yayımlanan program ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan karşılaştırma sonucunda müzik öğretmenliği lisans programının, BİLSEM'de özel yetenekli öğrencilerin yeteneklerini ve potansiyellerini geliştirmek maksadıyla hazırlanan program içerisinde yer alan bazı ders içeriklerinin lisans programında yer almadığı görülmüştür. Bu bağlamda müzik öğretmeninin, BİLSEM'de özel yetenekli öğrencilere vereceği eğitimin BİLSEM'in kuruluş amacına uygun seviyede olabilmesi için müzik öğretmenliği lisans programında tüm içerikleri kapsayabilecek yenilikler yapılması önerilmektedir.

This study aims to investigate the degree of alignment between the learning outcomes and educational programmes designed for gifted students in Science and Art Centres (BİLSEM) and those offered within undergraduate music teacher education programmes. Accordingly, the structure, founding objectives, and historical development of BİLSEMs were first examined to establish a contextual foundation. Subsequently, the missions and visions of BİLSEM and the undergraduate music teacher education programmes were compared, along with their selection criteria for students and teachers as well as their learning outcomes, to assess how closely the two curricula align. Within the scope of this research, the course contents of the Special Talent Development Programme (ÖYG) and the Music Project courses included in BİLSEM's educational plan were analysed and compared with the curriculum published by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) for music teacher education programmes. The comparative analysis revealed that certain course components and learning outcomes aimed at enhancing the abilities and potential of gifted students in the BİLSEM curriculum are not sufficiently represented in the music teacher education undergraduate curriculum. In light of these findings, it is suggested that the music teacher education curriculum be revised and enriched to encompass the full range of competencies required for teaching gifted students. Such curricular enhancements would ensure that prospective music teachers are adequately prepared to deliver instruction at BİLSEMs in accordance with the institution's foundational objectives and pedagogical philosophy.
