Özet
Bu çalışma, spor bilimleri öğrencilerinin yurtseverlik tutumlarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amacıyla yapılan betimsel bir çalışmadır. Çalışma, Gaziantep Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi öğrencileri üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Çalışmaya 227 (128 erkek, 99 kadın) öğrenci katılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplamak amacıyla, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan“9 soruluk ”Kişisel Bilgi Formu“ ile Schatz, Staub ve Lavine (1999) tarafından geliştirilen, Türkçe uyarlama çalışmasını Yazıcı ve Yazıcı (2010)'nın yaptığı ”Yurtseverlik Tutum Ölçeği'nin (YTÖ)" kullanılmıştır. Ölçekler yardımıyla örneklem grubundan elde edilen veriler, SPSS 22.0 programına kodlanarak analizler yapılmıştır. Veri seti içerisindeki değişkenlerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediği Kolmogorov Smirnov testi ile kontrol edilerek verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Gruplar arasındaki farklılıkların tespiti için 2'li gruplarda independent sample t-testi, çoklu gruplarda One Way ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. İki değişken arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla Pearson korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; çalışmamızda yer alan spor bilimleri öğrencilerinin yurtseverlik tutumlarının olumlu olduğu, erkeklerin yurtseverlik tutumlarının kadınlardan daha yüksek olduğu, antrenörlük bölümü öğrencilerinin kör yurtseverlik davranışlarının daha yüksek olduğu, gelir düzeyi düşük olanların yapıcı yurtseverlik tutumları daha olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yaşamının çoğunluğunu köyde geçirenlerin yurtseverlik tutumları daha olumlu olduğu, üniversiteye gelmeden önce yaşanılan coğrafi bölge açısından Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinden gelenleri yapıcı yurtseverlik tutumlarının diğer bölgelerden daha olumsuz olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Spor bilimleri öğrencilerinin yaş, sınıf ve spor yılı arttıkça yurtseverlik tutumlarının da arttığından söz edilebilir

Thisstudy is adescriptive study conducted to examine the patriotic attitudes of sports sciencesstudents in terms of variousvariables. The study was conducted on students from Gaziantep University, Faculty of Sportshis study is a descriptive study conducted to examine the patriotic attitudes of sports sciences students in terms of various variables. The study was conductedon students from Gaziantep University, Faculty of Sports Sciences, 227 (128 male, 99 female) students participated in the study. In order to collect data in the study, the“9-question”Personal Information Form“ created by the researchers and the ”Patriotism Attitude Scale“ developed by Schatz, Staub and Lavine (1999), whose Turkish adaptation study was conducted by Yazıcı and Yazıcı (2010), were used. The data obtained from the sample group with the help of scales were encoded into the SPSS 22.0 program and analyses were performed. It was determined that the data showed a normal distribution by checking whether the variables in the data set showed a normal distribution with the Kolmogorov Smirnov test. In order todetermine the differencesbetween the groups, independent samplet-test was used in 2-group comparisons and OneWay ANOVA test was used in multiple group comparisons. Pearson correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between twovariables. Asa result, it was found that the patriotic attitudes of the sports science students in our study were positive, the patriotic attitudes of men were higher than women, the blind patriotic behaviors of the coaching department students were higher, and the constructive patriotic attitudes of those with low income levels were more positive. It was found that the patriotic attitudes of those who spent the majority of their lives in the village were more positive, and the constructive patriotic attitudes of those who came from the Eastern Anatolia Region in terms of the geographical region where they lived before coming to the university were more negative than in other regions. It can be said that the patriotic attitudes of sports science students increase with their age, class, and years in sports.
