Özet
Çalışmanın amacı, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine ilişkin tutumlarının derinlemesine incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2025- 2026 eğitim öğretim yılında Antalya ili Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı ve Döşemealtı ilçelerinde M.E.B' e bağlı okul öncesi kurumlarında görev yapan basit seçkisiz örneklem yöntemiyle belirlenmiş toplam 172 okul öncesi öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. İncelemede, nicel verilerin toplanması için araştırmacı tarafından“Ölçme Aracı Formu”,“Okul Öncesi Öğretmenlerinin Fen Eğitimine Karşı Tutum Ölçeği”ve“Yarı Yapılandırılmış Mülakat soruları Formu”kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Nitel verilerin elde edinmesindeyse yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat soruları formuna istinaden ses kayıtları da kullanılmıştır. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarının yaş, kıdem ve yapay zeka kullanım durumuna göre fark oluşturup oluşturmadığına bakmak için“tek faktörlü varyans analizi (ANOVA)”; mezuniyet, kurum türü, teknoloji kullanımı, fen öğretimine ilgi, okul imkanı ve hizmet içi eğitim alma durumlarına göre fark oluşturup oluşturmadığına bakmak için“bağımsız gruplar t-testi”; öğretmenlerin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarına ilişkin görüşlerinin nasıl olduğunu ortaya koymak için ise betimsel ve içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel sonuçlarına göre okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarının fen öğretimine yönelik ilgi, teknoloji kullanma, yapay zekâ kullanma, okulların imkanları ve hizmet içi eğitim alma durumlarına göre değişimi incelendiğinde anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu görülmüştür. Nitel bulgulara göre, okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin fen öğretimine yönelik tutumlarının görüşleri incelendiğinde;“Fen Eğitiminin Önemi”,“Fen Öğrenmeye Yönelik Merakın Nedenleri”,“Problem Çözme ve Düşünme Becerileri”,“Keşfetme ve Öğrenme Süreci”,“Okuma- Yazmadan Önce Fen Eğitimi”,“Materyal ve Doğal Nesne Kullanımı”,“Fen Eğitiminde Kullanılan Yöntemler”ve“Mesleki Yansımalar ve İş birliği”ana temalarının altında verdiği cevaplar incelenmiştir.

The aim of the study is to examine the attitudes of preschool teachers towards science teaching in depth. The population of the study consists of a total of 172 preschool teachers working in preschool institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı and Döşemealtı districts of Antalya province in the 2025- 2026 academic year, determined by the simple random sampling method. In the study, quantitative data were collected by the researcher using the“Measurement Tool Form”,“Preschool Teachers' Attitude Scale Towards Science Education”and“Semi-Structured Interview Questions Form”. In the acquisition of qualitative data, audio recordings were also used based on the semi-structured interview questions form.“Single factor analysis of variance (ANOVA)”to look at whether preschool teachers' attitudes towards science teaching make a difference according to age, seniority and artificial intelligence use;“independent groups t-test”to look at whether there is a difference according to graduation, type of institution, use of technology, interest in science teaching, school opportunity and in-service training; to reveal how teachers' views on their attitudes towards science teaching are; descriptive and content analysis was made. According to the quantitative results of the research, it was seen that there was a significant difference when the attitudes of preschool teachers towards science teaching were examined according to their interest in science teaching, using technology, using artificial intelligence, facilities of schools and receiving in-service training. According to the qualitative findings, when the opinions of preschool teachers' attitudes towards science teaching were examined;“The Importance of Science Education”,“Reasons for Curiosity About Science Learning”,“Problem Solving and Thinking Skills”,“Discovery and Learning Process”,“Science Education Before Reading and Writing”,“Use of Materials and Natural Objects”,“Methods Used in Science Education”and“Professional Reflections and Cooperation”were examined.
