Özet
Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 19. yüzyılda müziğindeki klasik yapıyı Romantik Dönem'deki duygusal ifade ile birleştiren, dönemin estetik anlayışını şekillendiren önemli bir bestecidir. Bu çalışma, Romantik Dönem bestecisi Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy'nin hayatını, sanatsal üslubunu ve özellikle erken dönem eserlerinden biri olan Op. 105 No. 2 Piyano Sonatı'nın teknik açıdan analizini ve sonatın çalışma önerilerini içermektedir. Çalışmada, sonatın teknik özellikleri, armonik yapısı ve form kurgusu derinlemesine incelenmiştir. Felix Mendelssohn, bu eserinde Klasik Dönem'in form disiplinini ve dengeli yapısını korurken, aynı zamanda Romantik Dönem'e özgü lirik ve ifadeli anlatımlarını ustalıkla ortaya koymuştur. Çalışmanın temel odağını, bestecinin eserinde kullandığı form bilgisi ve piyano tekniğinin ayrıntılı incelenmesi ile birlikte, icracılara yönelik pratik çalışma yöntemleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma, eseri icra edecek piyanist adaylarına besteciyi ve eseri tanıtmak; ayrıca teknik açıdan güçlük içeren pasajların seslendirilmesini kolaylaştıracak çözüm odaklı öneriler sunarak piyano eğitimi literatürüne akademik bir katkı sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan bu çözümlemelerin, yorumcuların esere olan yaklaşımını hem teknik hem de müzikal açıdan zenginleştireceği öngörülmektedir.

Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy was an important composer of the 19th century who combined classical structures in his music with the emotional expression of the Romantic Era, shaping the aesthetic understanding of his time. This study examines the life and artistic style of the Romantic composer Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, focusing particularly on a technical analysis of one of his early works, the Piano Sonata Op. 105 No. 2, as well as providing practice recommendations for the sonata. In this study, the technical characteristics, harmonic structure, and formal design of the sonata are examined in depth. In this work, Felix Mendelssohn preserves the formal discipline and balanced structure of the Classical period while skillfully revealing the lyrical and expressive elements characteristic of the Romantic era. The main focus of the study is the detailed analysis of the composer's use of form and piano technique, together with practical practice methods aimed at performers. This study aims to introduce both the composer and the work to prospective pianists who will perform the piece, as well as to provide solution-oriented suggestions to facilitate the execution of technically challenging passages, thereby contributing academically to the piano education literature. It is anticipated that these analyses will enrich performers' approach to the work both technically and musically.
