Özet
Bu araştırmada,“Kur'ân-ı Kerîm Tilavetinde İstanbul Tavrı ve Tarihi Arka Planı”konusu işlenmektedir. Bu çerçevede çalışmada, Kur'ân-ı Kerîm tilavetinde önemli bir yere sahip olan ve Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nun başkenti İstanbul'da gelişen İstanbul tavrı ve tarihî arka planı incelenmekte, Kur'ân'ı okuma biçimleri, Arapça dil bilginle-rinin eserlerinde işaret ettikleri hususlar bağlamında analiz edilmekte ve bu doğrultu-da kıraat, tertil, tilavet gibi temel kavramlar Kur'ân'da geçtikleri âyetler ekseninde ve bu âyetlere müfessirlerin yaklaşımları çerçevesinde detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmakta-dır. Ayrıca söz konusu kavramların tarih boyunca nasıl şekillendikleri, Kur'ân tilave-tinde nasıl bir yere sahip oldukları ve aralarında nasıl bir ilişki bulunduğu da açıklan-maya çalışılmaktadır. Araştırmanın amacı, İstanbul tilavet tavrının mahiyetini, karakteristik özelliklerini ve tarihî arka planını ortaya koymak, söz konusu tavrın doğuşuna etki eden kurum ve görevlileri, gelişim sürecini, biçimsel ve fonetik özelliklerini, temsilcilerini ve ekollerini ortaya koymak, bu tavrı yazılı kaynaklar ile günümüzdeki temsilcilerinden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda ayrıntılı bir şekilde analiz etmektir. Bugüne dek İstanbul tilavet tavrının tarihi arka planını, etki eden kurum ve gö-revlileri, temsilci ve ekollerini ele alan ve bu tavrın özelliklerine dair günümüzdeki temsilcilerinin düşüncelerini detaylı bir şekilde aktaran bir çalışmanın yapılmamış ol-ması, araştırmamızın hem önemini hem de özgün yönünü ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca üslup, tavır ve ekol kavramlarının Kur'ân tilaveti açısından bir zemine oturtulmaya çalışılması da tezimizde özgün bir nitelik olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Araştırma, Kur'ân tilavetinde İstanbul tavrı ve tarihi arka planı ile sınırlandırıl-maktadır. Bu kapsamda araştırmanın evreni, İstanbul tavrının oluşumundan itibaren Kur'ân tilavetleriyle meşhur olan kârîlerin yanı sıra bu tavrın günümüzdeki Türk tem-silcileri ile sınırlıdır. Araştırma, nitel bilgi toplama metotlarından yazılı doküman incelemesine ve ni-cel araştırma türlerinden görüşme/röportaj/mülakat tekniklerine dayanmaktadır. Bu kapsamda literatür taramasından elde edilen veriler, tarihî arka plan da dikkate alına-rak bütüncül bir yaklaşımla incelenmektedir. Görüşme teknikleri bağlamında da hali-hazırda hayatta olan ve Kur'ân tilavetleriyle meşhur olmuş İstanbul tavrının Türk tem-silcileriyle mülakat yapılarak kendilerinden söz konusu tavır hakkında bilgiler alınmış ve bunlar tezde aktarılmıştır.

This research deals with the subject of“Istanbul Attitude and Historical Backg-round in Quran Recitation”. In this context, the study examines the attitude and his-torical background of Istanbul, which has an important place in Quran recitation and was the capital of the Ottoman Empire, and analyzes the ways of reading the Quran in the context of the issues pointed out by Arabic linguists in their works. In this con-text, basic concepts such as recitation, tertil, and recitation are discussed in detail within the context of the verses in which they occur in the Quran and the approaches of commentators to these verses. In addition, it is tried to explain how these concepts have been shaped throughout history, what place they have in Quran recitation, and what kind of relationship there is between them. The aim of the research is to reveal the nature, characteristic features and histori-cal background of the Istanbul recitation style, to reveal the institutions and officials that influenced the emergence of the style in question, its development process, for-mal and phonetic features, representatives and schools, and to analyze this style in detail in line with the data obtained from written sources and its current representati-ves. The fact that no study has been conducted to date that addresses the historical background of the Istanbul recitation style, the institutions and officials that influen-ced it, its representatives and schools, and conveys the thoughts of its current repre-sentatives on the characteristics of this style in detail reveals both the importance and original value of our research. In addition, the attempt to establish the concepts of style, style and school on a basis in terms of Quran recitation draws attention as an original feature in our thesis. The research is limited to the Istanbul style and historical background in Quran recitation. In this context, the universe of the research is limited to the Qaris who have been famous for their Quran recitations since the formation of the Istanbul atti-tude, as well as the current Turkish representatives of this attitude. The research is based on written document analysis from qualitative data collec-tion methods and interview/interview/interview techniques from quantitative research types. In this context, the data obtained from the literature review is examined with a holistic approach, also taking into account the historical background. In the context of interview techniques, interviews were conducted with Turkish representatives of the Istanbul attitude who are still alive and famous for their Quran recitations, and information about the attitude in question was obtained from them and conveyed in the thesis.
