Özet
Arap dili ve belâgati, Kur'an'ın doğru anlaşılması ve yorumlanmasında en temel faktörlerden biridir. Apaçık Arapça bir dille nazil olan Kur'an, bu dilin en belîğ ve fasih kullanımlarını bünyesinde barındırmaktadır. Dili ve kullanım incelikleri bilinmeyen bir metnin hakkıyla anlaşılması mümkün değildir. Bu nedenle, Kur'an'ın sağlıklı bir şekilde anlaşılıp tefsir edilmesi amacıyla, Arap dili ve belâgati konularına çok sayıda çalışma tahsîs edilmiştir. Biz bu çalışmamızda, Said Nursi'nin“İşârâtu'l-i'câz fî mezânni'l-îcâz”adlı tefsirini, Belâgat İlminin üç temel bölümünden birini teşkil eden Me'âni İlmi açısından inceleyeceğiz ve bu çalışma, adı geçen tefsirin bu ilmi hangi düzeyde ve nasıl kullandığını tespit ederek Me'âni İlminin Kur'an yorumuna etkisini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmamızda öncelikle Belâgat İlmine genel bir giriş yapıp Beyân ve Bedî' kısımlarına kısaca değinilecek; daha sonra Me'âni İlmi kapsamlı bir şekilde ele alınarak her bir konusu ayrı başlıklar hâlinde ve örneklerle birlikte izah edilecektir. Ardından Said Nursi'nin hayatına, ilmî kişiliğine ve telif ettiği eserlere yer verilecektir. Daha sonra,“İşârâtu'l-i'câz fî mezânni'l-îcâz”tefsiri, Me'âni İlmi perspektifinden incelenerek bu ilmin Kur'an yorumuna olan etkisi detaylıca ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.

Arabic language and rhetoric are among the most fundamental factors in the correct understanding and interpretation of the Quran. The Quran, revealed in a distinct Arabic language, embodies the most eloquent and elegant uses of this language. It is impossible to properly understand a text whose language and subtleties of usage are unknown. For this reason, numerous studies have been devoted to the subjects of Arabic language and rhetoric for the purpose of a healthy understanding and interpretation of the Quran. In this study, we will examine Said Nursi's exegesis titled“İşârâtu'l-i'câz fî mezânni'l-îcâz”in terms of the Science of Meaning, which constitutes one of the three fundamental divisions of the Science of Rhetoric. This study aims to determine to what extent and how the aforementioned exegesis uses this science and to reveal the influence of the Science of Meaning on the interpretation of the Quran. In this study, we will first provide a general introduction to the Science of Rhetoric and briefly touch upon the sections of Beyân and Bedî'; The science of meaning will then be comprehensively examined, with each topic explained under separate headings and examples. Following this, Said Nursi's life, scientific personality, and works will be reviewed. The commentary“İşârâtu'l-i'câz fî mezânni'l-îcâz”will then be examined from the perspective of the science of meaning, and the influence of this science on Quranic interpretation will be revealed in detail.
