Özet
Political instability has significantly affected the Iranian banking industry since 2003. This study will fill a gap in the existing literature by investigating the connections between giving workers more independence by job happiness, and self-efficacy in the banking sector of Iran. The study examines the correlations between work satisfaction, self- efficacy, and empowerment by reviewing prior research conducted in the Iranian context. Furthermore, it analyses the intricacies of power dynamics inside organizations and proposes the notion of psychological empowerment. In the present reality, the concept of power in the banking business is analyzed using Spreitzer's framework of psychological strength. The research methodology will be quantitative, and it will choose the banking sector in Tehran City, Iran to collect the questionnaire responses. The questionnaire will consist of the three main variables, and it will be adopted from the existing literature on organization management.
