Özet
Bu çalışma, Isparta ili Merkez ilçesi Yenice Mahallesi'nde yer alan ve günümüzde atıl durumda bulunan Yenice Deri Fabrikası'nın belgelenmesini, restitüsyon önerisinin geliştirilmesini ve koruma-onarım ile yeniden işlevlendirmeye yönelik müdahale kararlarının oluşturulmasını amaçlamaktadır. Yapı, içinde bulunduğu fabrika kompleksi bağlamında ele alınmış; bu çalışma aracılığıyla kompleksin ve kentte atıl durumdaki diğer endüstriyel miras örneklerinin görünürlüğünün, veri temelli bir örnek üzerinden güçlendirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmanın kavramsal ve tarihsel arka planında endüstri devrimi ile Osmanlı ve Türkiye'deki endüstrileşme süreci, çalışma alanıyla ilişkilendirilen etkileri üzerinden değerlendirilmiş; ardından Isparta'nın üretim geçmişi ve kentsel gelişimi, yapıyı kent bağlamına yerleştirmek üzere incelenmiştir. Yapıya ilişkin mevcut durum verileri; yerinde gözlem, elle ölçüm, fotoğraf kaydı ve dijital belgeleme teknikleri (fotogrametri ve SLAM tabanlı el tipi LIDAR lazer tarama) kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Bu veriler doğrultusunda plan, kesit ve cephe rölöveleri üretilmiş; malzeme ve hasar analiz paftaları hazırlanmıştır. Restitüsyon önerisi, rölöve verileri ile yapı üzerinde okunabilen fiziksel izlerin birlikte değerlendirilmesine; ayrıca mevcut verilerle desteklenebildiği ölçüde tarihi fotoğraf ve uydu görüntüsü okumalarına dayandırılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular temelinde, yapının korunmasına yönelik müdahale ve onarım önerileri ile sürdürülebilir kullanım üretebilecek bir yeniden işlevlendirme yaklaşımı geliştirilmiştir. Önerilerin teknik gerekçelendirilmesi kapsamında, köfke taşı ve harç numuneleri üzerinde XRF analizi yapılmış; müdahale kararlarını desteklemek üzere çelik taşıyıcı sisteme ilişkin statik değerlendirmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma, yapı ölçeğinde üretilen belgeleme ve analiz verilerini koruma kararlarına bağlayarak, Yenice Deri Fabrikası için uygulanabilir bir koruma-onarım ve kullanım senaryosu sunmaktadır.

This study aims to document the Yenice Leather Factory, an abandoned industrial heritage building located in Yenice, Isparta; to develop a restitution proposal; and to formulate intervention decisions for conservation, repair, and adaptive reuse. The building is addressed within the context of the factory complex in which it is situated, and the study seeks to contribute to the visibility of both the complex and other neglected industrial heritage examples in the city through a data driven case study. Within the conceptual and historical background of the research, the Industrial Revolution and the processes of industrialization in the Ottoman Empire and Türkiye are evaluated in relation to their impacts connected to the study area. Subsequently, Isparta's production history and urban development are examined in order to situate the building within its urban context. Existing condition data were obtained through on-site observation, manual measurement, photographic documentation, and digital recording techniques (photogrammetry and SLAM-based). Based on these data, measured drawings (plans, sections, elevations) were produced, and material and deterioration analysis sheets were prepared. The restitution proposal is grounded in the combined assessment of the survey data and the physical traces readable on the building, as well as where supported by the available evidence, the interpretation of historical photographs and satellite imagery. On the basis of the findings, intervention and repair proposals for the conservation of the building and an adaptive reuse approach that can support sustainable use were developed. To technically substantiate the proposals, XRF analyses were conducted on samples of köfke stone and mortar, and structural assessments regarding the proposed steel structural system were carried out to support the intervention decisions. By linking building-scale documentation and analytical data to conservation decisions, the study presents an applicable conservation, repair, and reuse scenario for the Yenice Leather Factory.
