Özet
Bu çalışmada sehiv (yanılma) secdesinin hükümleri, uygulanış şekli, gerekli olduğu durumlar incelenmiştir. Sehiv secdesi nedir? Bu secde nasıl ve namazın hangi aşamasında yapılır? Sehiv secdesini gerektiren durumlar nelerdir? Hangi hatalar sehiv secdesi ile telafi edilir, hangileri namazı yeniden kılmayı gerektirir? gibi sorulara cevap aranmıştır. Bilimsel analiz yöntemi ile yapılan bu çalışmada sehiv secdesi konuları kategorize edilerek sistemli olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmada namazda yanılma hakkında rivayet edilen hadisler, sahabenin uygulaması, müçtehit imamların içtihatları, fakihlerin bu husustaki görüşlerine değinilerek Müslüman topluma kolaylık sağlamak amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma sonucunda gerek özelde incelemeye alınan Hanefî mezhebi içinde gerekse diğer mezheplerde çok fazla görüş ayrılığının bulunduğu, sehiv secdesini gerektiren durumların ortak paydası olarak namazın bir vacibinin terk edilmesi hususuna dayandığı, ihtilafın sehiv secdesinin sadece hükmü hakkında değil her bir aşamasında olduğu, bütün bu görüş ayrılıklarının temelinde genel anlamda hadislerde geçen olayların farklı algılanmasının yattığı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

This study examines the rulings, method of application, and necessary circumstances of the prostration of forgetfulness (sehiv secdesi). It addresses questions such as: What is the prostration of forgetfulness? How and at what stage of prayer is it performed? What situations necessitate the prostration of forgetfulness? Which mistakes are rectified with the prostration of forgetfulness, and which require repeating the prayer? Using a scientific analysis method, this study systematically examines the topics of the prostration of forgetfulness by categorizing them. This research aims to provide ease of understanding for the Muslim community by referring to hadiths narrated about mistakes in prayer, the practices of the Companions, the interpretations of mujtahid imams, and the opinions of jurists on this matter. This research concludes that there are many differences of opinion both within the Hanafi school of thought, which was specifically examined, and among other schools of thought; that the common denominator of the situations requiring the prostration of forgetfulness is the omission of an obligatory part of the prayer; that the disagreement is not only about the ruling of the prostration of forgetfulness but also about each stage of it; and that the root of all these differences of opinion lies in the different interpretations of the events mentioned in the hadiths in general.
