Özet
Bir sanayi Yapısı İçin Ülkemiz Koşullarına Göre En Ekonomik Taşıyıcı Sistemin Araştırılması ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı, belli bir alan için farklı tipteki çelik taşıyıcı sistemlerin sonuçlarının karşılaştınlmasıdır. Buna ek olarak, taşıyıcı sistemi tamamen betonarme (öngerilmeli, prefabrik) ve karma sistemler üzerinde de gerekli incelemeler yapılacak ve tüm bu sistemler ekonomi baz alınarak karşılaştırılacaktır. Söz konusu alan, 50*100 metre ebatlarmdadır. Açıklık ortasında bir sıra kolon tertiplenmesi söz konusudur. Boyuna doğrultuda herhangi bir kısıtlama söz konusu değildir. Araştırmada, birim alana düşen eleman ağırlıkları ve maliyetleri baz alınacaktır. Elde edilen sonuçlar, en ekonomik sistemin elde edilmesi için karşılaştırılacaktır. Dolu gövdeli ve kafes olarak ele alman çerçeveler, boyuna doğrultuda 6.25 metre açıklıklarla sıralanmışlardır. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde, dört farklı çelik taşıyıcılı sistem ele alınmıştır. Şekil (l.b) & (İd)' de görüldüğü üzere, iki düzlem kafes sistem ile, şekil (l.a) & (l.c)' de görülen dolu gövdeli sistemler, gerekli hesaplar ve boyutlandırmalar yapıldıktan sonra ekonomi baz alınarak karşılaştınlmışlardır. Sonuçlar tablo halinde bölüm sonunda sunulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, düzlem kafes kiriş olarak dizayn edilen çatı sistemleri betonarme kolonlara oturtularak çözümler yapılmış ve sonuçlar tablo halinde sunulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise, prefabrik betonarme sistem ele alınmıştır. Şekil 2 'de, sistem 1 için genel dispozisyon planı görülmektedir. Bu plan, sistem 2 için de kullanılabilir. Bu çalışmada, elemanların stabilite kontrolleri, Türk Standartlan'na göre yapılmıştır.

The searching an economical System For The Structures Using On A Covered Market Place SUMMARY The main purpose of this study, is to search the different type of steel structural systems that have the economic results. In addition, different materials that can be used on these structures are used for the searching economical results. The chosen area has 50*100 meters dimension plan. It can be used a column in 25 meters span for the structural systems. For this purpose, steel structural systems have been analyzed for their self-weight per unit area as the economy index. The obtained results have been evaluated in order to identify the most economic steel structural system compared with the others considered in this study. The plane truss systems or frames considered here in with covering 50 to 100 meters plain area were designed by supporting in every 6.25 meters at sides of 100 meters span. At the first part of this study, four structural systems have been considered for the steel structures. In figures (l.b) & (l.d), plain truss systems have been chosen. In figure (l.a) & (l.c), plain frames have been chosen. In these choices, there were used some economic research for the parts of the structures. These obtained results have been shown at the part of results of the study in a table. At the second part of this study, structural systems would be formed by different materials. In these systems, the columns would be made of reinforced concrete and the plain frames would be made of steel. At the end of this part, the obtained results would be given as an economy index. At the third part, prefabricated systems would be searched for economical results. The obtained results would be given as an economy index. In figure 2, it has been shown the general disposition of system“a ”. This general disposition has also been used on the others. In this study, the stress and stability controls of the members have been performed in accordance with the Turkish Standards. VI
