Özet
Çalışmamız“kitâbun mubîn”ifadesinin anlamı, bağlamı ve kullanımlarını tespit etmeyi amaçlamıştır. İlk dönemden başlayarak tefsir metinlerinde“kitâbun mubîn”ifadesine getirilen yorumları araştırdık. Sonuçta bu ifadeye farklı anlamlar verildiğini gördük. Çalışmamız giriş ve üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde kavram incelemesi yaptık. Bu kavramların İslâm öncesinde ve Kur'ân'da hangi manalarda kullanıldığını araştırdık.“Kitâbun mubîn”ifadesinin Kur'ân'da 12 defa tekrarlandığını gördük. Bir istisna hariç bu ifadenin Mekkî sûrelerde, vahyin ilk dönemlerinde inen sûrelerde geçtiğini tespit ettik. İkinci bölümde bu ifadenin geçtiği âyetlerin tefsir literatüründeki yorumlarını ele aldık. Ayrıca indiği zaman ve bulunduğu sûre bağlamında değerlendirdik.“Kitâbun mubîn”ifadesi ile“Kur'ân”,“Tevrat”ve“Levh-i Mahfûz”kastedildiğini söyleyenler olduğunu tespit ettik. Kur'ân'a delaletle hakkın batılın, emir ve yasakların açıklandığını söyleyenler de vardır. Üçüncü bölümde geçmişten günümüze Kur'ân'ın ne kadar ve nasıl anlaşıldığını anlamaya yönelik yaklaşımlar ve bunun sonucunda oluşan yöntem ve sorunları ele aldık. Sonuç olarak Kur'ân, her bilgi seviyesinde ve her dönemde insanın anlayabileceği bir kitap olduğu kanaatine vardık. Kişinin ilminin derecesine göre anlama seviyeleri olsa da Kur'ân tüm insanlara rehberlik edebilecek açıklıktadır.

Our study aims to determine the meaning, context and uses of the expression“kitābun mubīn”. We investigated the interpretations of the expression“kitābun mubīn”in tafsir texts starting from the early period. As a result, we found that this expression was given different meanings. Our study consists of an introduction and three chapters. In the first part, we analyzed the concept. We investigated the meanings of these concepts before Islam and in the Qur'an. We found that the expression“Kitābun mubīn”is repeated 12 times in the Qur'an. With one exception, we found that this expression occurs in the Makkî suras, the suras that were revealed in the early periods of revelation. In the second chapter, we discussed the interpretations of the verses in which this expression occurs in the exegetical literature. We also evaluated it in the context of the time it was revealed and the sura in which it is found. We found that there are those who say that the expression“Kitābun mubīn”refers to the“Qur'ān”,“Torah”and“Levh-i Mahfūz”. There are also those who say that the Qur'ān explains the truth and falsehood, the commandments and prohibitions. In the third part, we discussed the approaches to understanding how much and how the Qur'an has been understood from the past to the present, and the methods and problems that have arisen as a result. As a result, we came to the conclusion that the Qur'an is a book that can be understood by people at every level of knowledge and in every period. Although there are levels of understanding according to the degree of one's knowledge, the Qur'an is clear enough to guide all people.
