Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin okul gürültüsüne ilişkin algılarını Çorum ili örneğinde incelemektir. Gürültünün öğretme-öğrenme süreci ve öğretmenlerin mesleki deneyimleri üzerindeki etkileri değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma nicel yaklaşım çerçevesinde tarama modeliyle yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın örneklemini, Çorum ilinde görev yapan 102 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Veriler 5'li Likert tipindeki anket aracılığıyla toplanmış ve betimsel ile çıkarımsal istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin dağılım özelliklerine göre parametrik ve non-parametrik testler kullanılmıştır. Bulgular, öğretmenlerin okul gürültüsünü önemli bir sorun olarak algıladıklarını ve gürültünün sınıf yönetimi, iletişim, dikkat ve akademik başarı üzerinde olumsuz etkilere sahip olduğunu düşündüklerini göstermektedir. Ayrıca gürültünün öğretmenlerde stres ve yorgunluk düzeyini artırdığı yönünde güçlü algılar belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, okul ortamlarında gürültünün azaltılmasına yönelik önlemlerin geliştirilmesi ve çalışma koşullarının iyileştirilmesi önerilmektedir.

The aim of this study is to examine teachers' perceptions of school noise in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education, based on the example of Çorum province. The effects of noise on the teaching–learning process and teachers' professional experiences were evaluated. The study was conducted using a quantitative research approach within the survey model. The sample consisted of 102 teachers working in Çorum province. Data were collected through a 5-point Likert-type questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods. Depending on the distribution characteristics of the data, both parametric and non-parametric tests were employed.The findings indicate that teachers perceive school noise as a significant problem and believe that it negatively affects classroom management, communication, attention, and academic achievement. In addition, strong perceptions were identified regarding the impact of noise on increasing teachers' stress and fatigue levels.Based on the results, it is recommended that measures be developed to reduce noise in school environments and improve teachers' working conditions.
