YÜKSEK LİSANS TEZ ÖZETİ 598 NO'lu ŞER'İYYE SİCİLİNE GÖRE KARAHİSÂR-I SÂHİB'İN SOSYO EKONOMİK YAPISI (1868-1869) Kadir SUN Tarih Anabilim Dalı Afyon Kocatepe Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü, Mayıs 2001 Danışman: Doç.Dr. Mustafa TURAN Bu çalışma ile H.(1285-1286), M.(1868-1869) yıllan arasını ihtiva eden 598 numaralı Karahisâr-ı Sâhib Şer'iyye sicili incelenmiştir. İncelediğimiz sicil defteri Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'e ait olmakla birlikte içerik bakımından, şehir olarak sicilin tutulduğu yer olan Karahisâr'ı, dönem olarak Tanzimat Dönemi'ni, genel olarak Osmanlı Devleti'nin idarî, adli, sosyal ve ekonomik yapısını yansıtması bakımından önemlidir. 598 no'lu Şer'iyye sicili Osmanlıca metninin günümüz alfabesine çevrilmesinde metne sadık kaimmiş, kelimeler değiştirilmeksizin ve cümle kuruluşları da aslına uygun şekilde verilmiştir. Ana metin, basit transkribe tekniği ile latin alfabesine çevrilmiştir. Defterde bulunan 272 belgenin transkribesi yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre tezimiz dört ana bölümden oluşmuştur. Giriş bölümünde Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in fiziki ve coğrafi yapısı ile birlikte siyasi tarihi değerlendirilmiş, Şer'iyye sicilleri hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiştir. I.Bölüm'de Şer'iyye sicilleri ve tarihi öneminin yanısıra 598 no'l'j. defterin tanıtımı ve defterde bulunan belge çeşitleri örneklerle izah edilmiştir. II. Bölüm'de Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in fiziki ve idarî yapısı adı altında önce fiziki yapı (kazalar, köyler, tarihi eserler) daha sonra da Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'de bulunan idareciler tesbit edilib idarî yapı değerlendirilmiştir. III. Bölüm'de Karahisâr-ı Sâhib'in sosyal ve ekonomik yapısı ile alakalı belgeler incelemeye alınmış, sosyal yapı ile alakalı bilgiler sosyal ve hukuki yapı, ekonomik meseleler ise iktisadî yapı başlığı altında değerlendirilmiştir. IV. ve son bölümde 598 no'lu Şer'iyye sicili defterinde bulunan belgelerin özetleri ve metin transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. Sonuç kısmında ise çalışmadan ortaya çıkarılan neticeler genel olarak belirtilmiştir.

11 ABSTRACT THE ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL STRUCTURE OF KARAHİSÂR-I SÂKİB ACCORDING TO 598. ŞER'İYYE REGISTER (1868-1869) Kadir SUN General Turkish History Department Afyon Kocatepe University Social Sciences Institue, May 2001 Advisor: Ass. Prof. Mustafa TURAN Between the years H.Q285-1286) of M.(1868-1869) the report of Karahisar-i Sâhib Şer'iyye was examined with work which included there years. This examined report-book is very important because of its containing and its term that relavant situation of the Ottoman Empire's general direction, judgement system, social-life style and economical direction which is completely reflected in this book. The file of Ottoman Empire writing which name is 598 number. 598 numbered including file of Ottoman Empire was translated by using complete traslation withart making chaging in the context and meaning, structure ?o it is the same of original ane Main context was translated completely same as original one by using transcribe technique and Latin Alphabet. By making transcribe the 272 numbered text was evalvated. According to this except the entrence and parts, this thesis include four (4) main parts. In entrance part (begining part) physcal and geographical qualities and specialies of Karahisâr-ı Sâhib knawledge sabout (included) texts were given. In part 1 not only knowledge about files and their importances but also 598 numbered notebook's intraduction and the kinds of the other olves and texts are cleary given by giving much more examples and example sitvations. In second part under the name of physcal and directive structure of Karahisâr-ı Sâhib first (tawns, villages, historical ruins and art productions) physcal structure then directors in Karahisâr-ı Sâhib who were found out by explaring were examined and then evaluated. In thirt part texts/files which were relauant with Karahisar-i Sahib's social and economical situation were examined and knowledges about social structure, social and judgement structure, economical events were all examined under the name of economic structure title. In fourth and latest part file rewritings which was included in 598 numbered seriye text/file notebook and text transcripts were given. In conclusion part result of the works on these files were given with general but specific knowledges.
