Özet

ÖZET Kur'ân'ın evrensel ilkelerinden biri olan şûra; isabetli karar verebilmek için alanında uzman kişilerle fikir alış verişinde bulunarak, konunun özünü ortaya koymaktır. Uhud mağlubiyetinden sonra nazil olan âyetle emrolunan ve mü'minlerin özelliklerinden biri olarak te'yid edilen meşveret, toplumdaki herkesin yerine getirmesi gereken bir görevdir. Sosyal hayat gittikçe karmaşık bir hale geldiğinden gerek ferdî ve gerekse toplumsal sorunların çözümü için başvuru kaynağı durumunda olan bu ilkenin önemi, her geçen gün biraz daha iyi anlaşılmaktadır. İşte bu Kur'ân prensibi, problemlerin çözümü için başkalarına danışmayı emretmektedir. Danışman durumunda olan kimsenin; alanında uzman olması ve soruna geçerli çözüm bulması vazgeçilmez bir unsurdur. Şûra, sadece müslüman toplumlar için değil, her kültürden insan için bir çözüm yolu olmuş ve olmaya da devam edecektir.

ABSTRACT Consultation is one of the universal principles of the Koran. It is done with persons who are experts in their field work to obtain convenient results and to establish the essence of the subjects. After the defeat of Uhud the Koranic verse ordered every muslim to consult the learned; and after that consultation has been considered to be one of the believers' features and their duty. Since social life has become much more complicated consulting is becoming more and more and more significant for people, hi every field of our life people are confronting problems which are very difficult to solve by themselves. They need other people's experience and knowledge to solve their problems. So this Koranic principle orders the bilievers to consult others to find a solution to their problems. To whom the believers consult isn't matter wether the consultant is a muslim or not The most important thing is to find a consultant who is an expert and who is the right person to suggest a remedy for the matter. Consultation has also been an example for other societies to follow. They have benefited from mis islamic principle to put a balance to their social life.
