Özet
ÖZET“Sınıf öğretmenlerinin, öğretim sürecinde eğitim teknolojisi ve uygulamalarına ilişkin etkinlikleri yerine getirirken karşılaştıkları problemler”Nevşehir ili örneği konulu araştırmamızın problem bölümünde eğitim teknolojisi, eğitim teknolojisinin gelişimi, Türk Milli Eğitim mevzuatında eğitim teknolojisi. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığında eğitim teknolojisi ile ilgili birimler, Türk eğitim sistemi içerisinde sınıf öğretmenleri, sınıf öğretmenlerinin eğitim teknolojisi alanında yetiştirilmesinin önemi, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı' nın düzenlemiş olduğu hizmet içi eğitim kurslarında eğitim teknolojisi ile ilgili kurs ve seminerlerin sınıf öğretmenlerine yönelik olanlar sayısal verilerle açıklanmıştır. Eğitimi nitelik olarak istenilen düzeye çıkarmak için Türkiye'nin en ücra köşelerinde görev yapan, temel eğitimin ilk basamağını oluşturan ilköğretim okulu sınıf öğretmenlerinin, geleneksel öğretmenlik anlayışı yerine, eğitim mühendisliği anlayışıyla hareket eden,kendini yenileyen, geliştiren eğitim teknolojisini, eğitim sürecinde etkili kullanabilen öğretmen olarak yetiştirmek zorundayız. Bu araştırma ile sınıf öğretmenlerinin Nevşehir ilindeki uygulamada öğretim sürecinde eğitim teknolojisine ilişkin etkinlikleri yerine getirirken karşılaştıklar problemler incelenmiştir. 1998-1999 öğretim yılında Nevşehir, il merkezi ile Avanos, Derinkuyu, Ürgüp ve Gülşehir ilçe merkezleriyle bunlara bağlı köy ve kasabalarda 304 sınıf öğretmeni araştırmanın örneklem grubunu oluşturmuş ve bunlara anket uygulanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin anketteki sorulara verdikleri cevapların frekansları ve yüzde dağılımları alınmış, ayrıca her maddeye verilen cevaplar araştırmanın bağımsız değişkenlerine (mezun olduğu okul, kıdem, katıldığı hizmet içi eğitim kursları) göre elde edilen bulgular tablolaştınlarak yorumlanmıştır. Öğretmen görüşlerinin bağımsız değişkenlere dağılımının manidarlığı (X2). tekniği ile test edilmiştir. Bu konuda benimsenen güven düzeyi 0.05'tır.

SUMMARY The problems that the class tachers face with while they are materializing the education technology and follows related to the insruction process. In the search of example of the city Nevşehir in the problem part the education technology,the progeress of Turkish National Educaction under discussion the units in The Ministry of National Educaction related to the education technology,the importance to train class-teachers in their awn branches,are stated It is revealed by numerical datas which is related to the class-tecchers who take place in the seminars and internal utility education courses about the education technology wich is prepared by The Ministry of National Educaction The class Techers of primary school who forms the first step of the basic education,have to be trained as an effective handler of education technology. In order to become this trve they have to behave by the mentality of education engineer instead of traditional teaching mentality,to renovate and to improve the education technology itself In order to improve the education to the sctisfactory level,these teachers, whom we have been talking about above are on durty even in the fargotten areas of Turkey In this search it is examined that wuch problems do the class teachers in Nevşehir face with while they are materializing about the education technology activities in the instruction process In the education year 1998-1999,304 in Nevşehir, Avanos, Ürgüp,Derinkuyu, Gülşehir and belonging to these towns,some villages,have formed the consept group of this search and an inquiry have been applied to these 304 class-teachers The answers frequency and percentages dispersion have been got,alsa the given answers to the each subject of the search have been interpretationed according to the independent variables (such as precedence,graduation school,the internal utility education course if participated) The opinios of the class-teachers dispersion upon independent variables were tested by X2 technique The accepted reliance level in this subject is 0,05
