Özet
Araştırma, 2025 yılında Tokat Orta Karadeniz Geçit Kuşağı'nda Tokat 1 ve Haschberg mürver çeşitlerinde yürütülmüştür. Farklı gövde sayılarının bitki ve meyve özellikleri üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Tokat 1 ve Haschberg çeşitlerinden 3 farklı gövde şekli verilerek (1,2 ve 4 gövdeli bitki) uygulamalar oluşturulmuştur. Uygulamaların salkımdaki hasada gelen meyve sayısı, bitki boyu, salkım ağırlığı ve meyve iriliğine etkisi önemsiz bulunmuştur. Haschberg çeşidinde ortalama bitki verimi 13,37 kg/bitki, ortalama salkım sayısı 103.33 adet, meyve suyu randımanı %53,07, antioksidan aktivite 12,57 µmol TE/g dw ve C vitamini 300 mg/L değerleri elde edilmiştir ve Tokat 1 çeşidine göre bu değerler üstün bulunmuştur. Bitki verimi, salkımdaki meyve sayısı, SÇKM, antioksidan aktivite ve C vitamini gövde sayısındaki istatiksel farklılıklar önemli bulunmuştur. En iyi sonuç 2 gövde ve 4 gövde bırakılan uygulamalardan elde edilmiştir.

The study was conducted in 2025 in the Tokat Central Black Sea Transition Zone on the Tokat 1 and Haschberg elderberry varieties. The aim was to determine the effect of different numbers of stems on plant and fruit characteristics. Treatments were established by assigning three different stem configurations (1,2 and 4 stemmed plants) to the Tokat 1 and Haschberg varieties. The effects of the treatments on the number of fruits per cluster at harvest, plant height, cluster weight, and fruit size were found to be negligible. For the Haschberg variety, the average plant yield was 13.37 kg/plant, the average number of clusters was 103.33, juice yield was 53.07%, antioxidant activity was 12.57 µmol TE/g dw, and vitamin C content was 300 mg/L; these values were found to be superior to those of the Tokat 1 variety. Statistically significant differences were found in plant yield, number of fruits per cluster, total soluble solids (TSS), antioxidant activity, and vitamin C content based on the number of canes retained. The best results were obtained from the treatments where 2 and 4 canes were retained.
