Özet
ÖZ Tüzel kişilerin ceza sorumluluğu gerek ülkemizde gerekse diğer ülkelerde, ceza hukukunun en önemli sorunlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Bu nedenle, çalışmanın öncelikli amacı, tüzel kişilerin ceza sorumluluğu konusunu kavram, tarihsel gelişim ile ulusalüstü ve karşılaştırmalı hukuk, teori ve uygulama yönlerinden incelemektir. Son tahlilde, çalışmanın nihaî amacı ise, incelenen konuda, suç ve ceza dogmatiği açısından bir sonuca ulaşmaktır. ABSTRACT Criminal liability of corporations is one of the most significiant problems of criminal law both in our country and other countries. Therefore, the first aim of this study is, to examine the problem, both from legal and historical aspects and also the developments in theory and practice in international and comparative law. Another aim of the study is to reach to a solution taking into consideration, dogmatism of crime and punishment. m
