Dr. Atamer YAROL Bir işletmenin kendi özelliklerine göre sağlıklı bir stok politikası izleyebilmesi için işletmede mevcut bir stok kontrol sisteminin olması gerekir. Stok kontrolünün amacı, istenilen malı istenilen zamanda hazır bulundurmak ve bunu en ekonomik bir biçimde gerçekleştirmektir. Günümüzde işletmeler büyüdükçe ve her konu üzerinde daha detaylı maliyet analizleri, daha bilimsel değerlendirme çalışmaları yapıldıkça stok maliyetlerinin işletmenin toplam maliyetleri içerisinde ne kadar büyük bir yüzdeye sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. İşletme için ekonomik stok düzeyinin belirlenebilmesi, çeşitli maliyet unsurları arasında denge noktalannın araştırılması ve bulunması ile sağlanabilir. Her işletmenin büyüklüğüne, üretim, satış ve mali imkanlarına göre bir stok kontrol uygulaması yapması ile stok kontrolü amacına ulaşır. Bu tezin amacı, işletmelerin stok kontrol sorununu incelemek ve herhangi bir işletmede bu sorunun çözümünü aramaktır. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, seçilen işletmedeki talebin sabit olması nedeniyle, dinamik programlama yöntemi ele alınmış ve uygulaması yapılmıştır. Ayrıca doğrusal programlama problemlerinde zaman dikkate alınmamaktadır. Oysa günümüz iş hayatında zaman faktörü çok önemli bir hale gelmiştir. Bu nedenden dolayı da dinamik programlama konu olarak tercih edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak işletmenin yapısına uygun stok kontrol modeli seçilip uygulandığında, işletmeye ait stok kontrol maliyeti kesin olarak ortaya çıkmakta ve modelin uygulanması sonucunda da, stok maliyetlerinin oldukça büyük miktarlarda düşürülebileceği görülmektedir. Dr. Hayati AKSU Y.Doç. Dr. Atamer YAROL In order for a business to follow a sound stock policy according to its own features, it has to have got a stock control system. The aim of stock control is to have any goods present at any required time, and to realize this in the most economic way. Today, while businesses are growing and while more detailed cost analyses and more scientific evaluations are being made, it has been realized that how big the percentage of the stock cost may be within the total cost of business. The specification of the most economic stock level can be ensured by the investigation and determination of the equilibrium points between several cost factors. As any business is making a stock control application with respect to its size, its production, sale and financial possibilities, the stock control reaches the target. The scope of this thesis is to investigate the problem of stock control for business and to search the solution of this problem. Accordingly, since the demand in a business is constant, the dynamic programming method has been dealt with and applied. Moreover, in the linear programming problems time is not considered, although the time factor in business life, today, has become very important. Therefore, the dynamic programming has been preferred as the subject. Consequently, when a stock control model convenient with the structure of the business is chosen and applied, the stock control cost for the business appears exactly, and when the model has been applied, it is realized that the stock cost may be decreased quite a lot.
