Özet
Araştırmanın amacı Türkiye'de Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarındaki Antrenörlük Eğitimi ve Spor Yöneticiliği Bölümlerinde okuyan öğrencilerin bu bölümü seçme nedenlerinin ve beklentilerinin belirlenmesidir. çalışmaya, Türkiye'deki Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokullarındaki Antrenörlük Eğitimi ve Spor Yöneticiliği Bölümlerinde okuyan 730 öğrenci katılmıştır. öğrencilerin bölümü seçme nedenlerini ve beklentilerini tespit etmeye yönelik bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anket konu alanı uzmanların görüş ve önerileri dikkate alınarak hazırlanmış, anket sonuçlarının değerlendirilmesinde SPSS istatistik paket programı kullanılmıştır. Değerlendirme sırasında araştırma verilerinin frekans ve yüzdeleri alınmıştır. Araştırmaya sonucuna göre, öğrencilerin aile gelirlerinin orta düzeyde olduğu, çoğunluğunun idealleri ve istihdam sebebi ile Beden Eğitimi ve Spor öğretmenliği Bölümüne geçiş yapmak istedikleri, bölümlerinin fiziki şartlarının yetersiz olduğu, müfredat sorunu olduğu, tüm spor teşkilatların da görev yapmak istedikleri, toplumun sporun eğitim yönüyle ilgilenmediği, istihdam probleminden dolayı alternatif çalışmalar yaptıktan tespit edilmiştir.

The purpose of this study was to determine causes of preference and expectation from their departments of students study trainer education and sports management departments of school of physical education and sport in Turkey. Totally 730 student participated in this study from department of trainer education and sports management of different school of physical education. A questionnaire was given to subject to determine causes of preference and expectation from this programs. This questionnaire was prepared according to the ideas and suggestions of experienced persons in this subject statistical analysis that included percentage and frequency of results were made by SPSS statistical program. According to the results of this study, economical levels of subject were determined as medium level. Results also indicated that the most of the subject want to change their department as department of physical education and sports teaching, because of anxiety in employment. Subject also declare that problems in curriculum, they wanted to participate in sport organizations, society does not care of sport education and they look for alternative occupations because of employment problems in their fields.
