Özet
ÖZET 17 Ağustos 1999 Marmara Depremi ve ardından 12 Kasım 1999 günü yaşanan Bolu- Düzce Depremi, fiziksel, ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik bakımdan oldukça büyük yıkımlara neden olmuştur. Toplumun büyük bir kısmım etkisi altına alan deprem sonucunda halkın büyük bir kısmı evsiz kalmış, evlerini, işyerlerini terk ederek, kısa bir süre için yaşadıkları ortamı değiştirmek zorunda kalmıştır. Deprem her yaştan inşam olumsuz olarak etkilemiştir. Bu araştırmada, depremden etkilenen gruplar arasından üniversite gençliği ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; prefabriklerde kalan üniversite öğrencilerinin, fiziksel ortamdan kaynaklanan sorunları, ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik sorunlarının belirlenmesi, öğrencilere verilen hizmetlerin ve beklentilerinin neler olduğunun saptanması, buna dayalı olarak, öğrencilere, sosyal hizmet disiplini içinde öneriler geliştirmektir. Araştırmada konuya temel olması için öncelikle deprem ve Türkiye'deki etkileri üzerinde durulmuştur. Depremin özellikle üniversite gençliği üzerindeki fiziksel ortamdan kaynaklanan etkileri, ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik etkilerinin neler olduğuna ilişkin görüşlere yer verilmiştir. Bu araştırma, daha öncede belirtildiği gibi prefabriklerde kalan üniversite öğrencilerinin fiziksel, ekonomik sosyal, psikolojik sorunlarım tanımlamak, verilen hizmetleri varolduğu biçimiyle ortaya koymak amacı ile yapılmıştır. Bu özellikleri ile Erdoğan'ın“tanımlayıcı dizaynına”Karasar'ın ise“genel tarama modeli”içine girmektedir. Araştırmacının Bolu'yu iyi tanıması ve deprem sürecini yaşaması nedeni ile araştırma Bolu' ilinde yapılmıştır.iii Bu araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak yazışma tekniği çerçevesinde anket kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi araştırmacı tarafından yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına bakıldığında fiziksel ortamdan kaynaklanan sorunların ilk sırada, ekonomik sorunların ikinci, sosyal ve psikolojik sorunların daha alt sırada olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Prefabriklerde kalan üniversite öğrencilerine verilen hizmetler ele alındığında ise ilk sırada fiziksel, ikinci sırada sosyal, üçüncü sırada ise ekonomik hizmetlerin yer aldığı görülmektedir. Öğrencilerin yaşlarının, cinsiyet ve Bolu'daki yaşam süresinin varolan sorunları ve verilen hizmetleri etkileyebilecek değişkenler olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan araştırmada fiziksel ortamdan kaynaklanan sorunların ve buna paralel olarak, fiziksel hizmetlerin fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca öğrencilere sosyal hizmet uzmanları tarafından yeterince yardım yapıldığı, uzmanların varolan rollerini yeterli şekilde yerine getirdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Son olarak, varolan sorunlardan ve hizmetlerden yola çıkılarak, üniversite öğrencilerine, sosyal hizmet disiplini içinde öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

IV SUMMARY The eartquake which happens first in the 17th of August Marmara Eartquake in 1999 and second in the 12 th of November Bolu-Düzce Eartquake in 1999 caused very big physical,economical,social and psychological disarters. After the earquake which affected a large amount of society;most of the people their houses,same of those people moved to a short time and some of them their home,their work without coming back.However the earquake affected the different population groups,the youts are hold in this research. The aim of this research is to determine, the physical source enviroment problems, economical, social and psychological problems of the university youth, the services which is given to the university the expectiations of the university youth who stays at the prefabric houses and students developed the social work disipline suggest. Finally ;connected with them to detemine a social work intervention against those university youth who stays at prefabric. The priorty was given to the 'eartquake fact' to provide it to be the basic of the research.The affect of eartquake the economical,social and psychologic dimensions of eartquake the properties of youth,especially the affects of the eartquake on the yoths were hold in this research. Also the function of the social work intervention during the eartquake was took pice in this research. This research was made for to define the physical,economical,social and psychologic problems of the university students and to determine the services which is given.Because of there proberties:the research was prepered by using the research design of Erdoğan 'Tanımlayıcı' and 'Genel Tarama Model'. On one hand region being well -known by the researcher,the research made in Bolu.According to the results of the research it appears that physical source enviroment problems come first, economical problems second and social, psychologic problems coming after the others.According to services against the students who stay at the prefabrics it appears that physical services come first,social services come second but the economical services come third.The supports that are given to the students and the roles of the social worker ae hold under the social work.lt was thought that age,gender and Bolu' s life time also may affect the problems and the services,so the inventions about these subjects took place in the content of this research Also one of the invention is that the services againts students are not enough which are given by the social workers.However the number of the social workers are not enough,they are good at the roles consultant,education and using the sources. Finally,by using the existing problems and services,same suggestion imporeved about social work intervention against the university student.
