Özet
ÖZET Bilgisayar destekli tasarım bürolarında iç mekan düzenlemesi ve ülkemizdeki ilk örnekleri isimli sanatta yeterlik tezinde, çağımızın teknolojik gelişmelerinin ve bilgisayar dünyasında kaydedilen yeniliklerin çalışma mekanlarında yaratmış olduğu değişim süreci inceleme altına alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda; büro mekanlarında sağlanması amaçlanan fiziksel konfor şartlan, tasarım kriterleri ve kullanıcı gereksinimlerinde ortaya çıkan farklı yaklaşımlar da irdelenmişlerdir. I. Bölümde; büro kavramının ortaya çıkışı ve büro mekanlarının tarihsel süreç içinde, günümüze kadar geçirmiş olduğu aşamalar incelenmiştir. Mekansal özelliklerine göre, büro tipleri sınıflandırılmış ve tasarım bürolarının genel tanımı yapılmıştır. Geleneksel tasarım bürolarının eleman kapasiteleri ve çalışma sistemleri temel alınarak, mekan organizasyonları belirlenmiştir. II. Bölümde; bilgisayar destekli sistemlerin, mimari tasarım bürolarında kullanım süreci incelenmiştir. Geleneksel mimari tasarım bürolarının, bilgisayar destekli çalışma sistemlerine geçiş aşamasında karşılaştığı fiziksel ve psikolojik sorunlar ve çözüm alternatifleri sunulmuştur. Geleneksel ve çağdaş büro mekanları; teknik, estetik, ergonomik ve ekonomik kriterler çerçevesinde birbiriyle karşılaştırılmıştır. Böylece, günümüzün çağdaş büro mekanlarında, bilgisayar sistemlerinin kullanımına uygun tasarım kriterleri araştırılmıştır. III. Bölümde; bilgisayar destekli mimari tasarım bürolarında tasarıma ve oluşuma etki eden özellikler saptanmıştır. Bu bağlamda; çağdaş mimari tasarım ortamında yeni ergonomik ve antropometrik gereksinimler (iç mekanda boyut veIII biçim olgusu, möble ve donatı elemanları) araştırılmıştır. Ayrıca, bilgisayar destekli büro mekanlarında teknik gereksinimler (doğal ve yapay aydınlatma, akustik düzenlemeler, yangın söndürme ve güvenlik sistemleri, havalandırma sistemleri, kablo dağıtım sistemleri v.b. gibi), estetik gereksinimler (renk ve biçim olgusu), psikolojik gereksinimler ve ekonomik gereksinimler üzerinde çalışılmıştır. IV. Bölümde; bilgisayar destekli tasarım bürolarında saptanan veriler paralelinde, iç mekan tasarım önerileri (esnek ve değişebilir büro mekanları) sunulmuştur. V. Bölümde; özgün çalışma için sunulan örnek yapılar (Bayındırlık Bakanlığı Proje Etüd Dairesi Başkanlığı ve MNG Binası) yer almaktadır. Bu bölümde, tasarım ve yapılış amacından farklı işlev yüklenen yapılar ve bilgisayar destekli mimari büro olarak tasarlanan yapılar karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiş, analiz edilmiştir. VI. Bölüm; sonuç, sentez ve değerlendirme bölümü olma niteliği taşımaktadır. Bu bölümde, sanatta yeterlik çalışması eserinde incelenmiş olan bilgisayar destekli büro mekanlarının, iç mekan düzenlemeleri ve örnek yapılarla ilgili tasarım kriterleri tüm yönleri ile değerlendirilmektedir.

IV ABSTRACT This thesis of proficiency in arts is named“interior design criteria in computer aided office spaces and corresponding primary examples in our country”. In our era, the technological advancements and discoveries in computer science and programming have created an evolutionary transaction period in the working spaces of offices. This work of art emphasizes these improvements and takes a glance in future developments of Computer Aided Design Of Office Spaces. The basic goals of achieving physical amenities in the office spaces, design criteria, various approaches governing the design of spaces depending on specific needs are also criticized in detail. In the first chapter, the birth of“working office”phenomenon and the evolution of office spaces within the historical time frame until our present day is investigated. Depending on the specific properties, the office spaces are grouped and the basic definition of design offices is made. The staff capacities and operation systems of traditional design offices are accepted as main criteria and space organizations are set depending on these facts. In the second chapter, the usage of computer-aided systems in the architectural design offices is criticized. The physical and psychological problems faced and solution alternatives during the transaction period from traditional architectural design offices to computer-aided design working spaces are emphasized. Traditional and modern office spaces are compared within technically, esthetically, ergonomically and economically suitable frame criteria. Depending on these issues a conclusion is made on preference criteria on design of today's office spaces compatible with applications of computer systems.In the third chapter, factors affecting the design criteria have been analyzed in the design stage of computer-aided architectural offices. In recent modern architectural design media, ergonomically and anthropometrical (dimensioning and styling properties, furniture and accessories) properties and preferences are investigated. In computer-aided office spaces technical requirements (natural and artificial illumination, acoustical design, security systems, heating and ventilation systems, wiring systems), esthetical requirements (coloring and styling properties), psychological and economical requirements have been analyzed. In the fourth chapter, design criterion suggestions (improvable and expandable office spaces) have been given for interior space design in the light of acquired and accepted criterion for computer-aided design offices. In the fifth part, the example buildings (Planning and Project Headquarters of the Ministry of Municipality, The Headquarters for MNG) for specific workshop have been studied. In this part, buildings that have different design and constructive characteristic properties have been compared and analyzed with buildings that have been designed as the computer-aided architectural design offices. The sixth part has conclusions and main ideas. In this part, the design criterion for the computer-aided design of office spaces and corresponding examples are criticized which is the main subject of this thesis of proficiency in arts.
