SUMMARY General administration of forestry was organized as provinces and center. The central organization of General administration and control, basic function and helper, so there are twelve Of fice presidency and the presidency of control committee, legal counsellor ship and expertness of civil defence in center. The number of section (branch) administration in office pre sidency is 50- In provinces establishment of General administration of feres try, there are Zk regional administrations. Apart from these each regional administration has 8 sectional admxnistraction, 222 JPorest admmintrat ion »Other side, xn provinces establishment of. General administration of forestry there are Forest Research Institute, Poplar Reseorch Institute Seed Improvement Institute end Director 0)f' Map and Photopra meter. The wood lands are spread all over the country. For this reason the condition of cultivating of. the forest on different areas and environment of growing up are different from- each other. And then euonemic and social conditions in these: regi ons are different too. All these factors make difficult to be controlled of. activities fronr one center, to be given desici'ons and orders uniformly, On the other side to be gathered of direction in one hand and to be in need an order hierrarchical is the result of principle of the state forestry.
