Özet
Ankara ilinde yapılan bu araştırma, ekonomik, yönetsel ve psikososyal faaliyet alanlarına ilişkin çeşitli konular ile öğrenim düzeyi, evlenme yaşı, evlilik süresi, yaş farkı, çocuk sayısı, ailenin aylık gelir miktarı ve kadının çalışma durumu gibi demografik ve sosyoekonomik değişkenler açısından kadın ve erkeklerin evlilik uyumunu belirlemek ve karşılaştırma yapmak amacıyla planlanmış ve yürütülmüştür. Araştırma kapsamına H.Ü. Merkez ve Beytepe Kampüslerinde farklı hizmet sınıflarında görev yapan personel arasından“Tabakalı Rasgele örnekleme Yöntemi”ile seçilen 413 evli personel ve eşleri alınmıştır. Araştırma kapsamına alınan eşlerin“Çiftler Uyum ölçeğinden”aldıkları puanlar 18 ile 148 arasında değişmektedir. Eşlerin genel evlilik uyum puan ortalaması 104.03 olup, cinsiyete göre incelendiğinde erkeklerde (105.37) kadınlardan (102.69) yüksektir (p>0.05). Bazı farklılıklar olmakla beraber genel olarak gerek kadın gerekse erkeklerin evlilik uyum puan ortalamaları; öğrenim düzeyi, ailenin aylık gelir miktarı, 35 ve üzeri yaş grubuna kadar evlenme yaşı arttıkça artmakta, sahip oldukları çocuk sayısı, eşler arasındaki yaş farkı ile 21 ve daha uzun süredir evli olan gruba kadar evlilik yılı arttıkça ise azalmaktadır. Ayrıca gerek kadın gerekse erkekler, kadının çalıştığı ailelerde en yüksek, kadının emekli olduğu ailelerde ise en düşük evlilik uyum puan ortalamasına sahiptir. Genel bir eğilim olarak eşler arasında; duygu ve düşüncelerin paylaşım (iletişim), değerlerinin öncelikleri ile amaçlarının benzer olma, önemli konulardaki kararlara ve evle ilgili faaliyetlere katılma, gerek kendi gerekse eşinin anne, baba ve yakın akrabalarıyla ilişkilerini yeterli bulma, serbest zaman etkinliklerine birlikte katılma, geliri ihtiyaçların karşılanması açısından yeterli bulma ile bu konulara ilişkin memnuniyet derecesi arttıkça evlilik uyum puan ortalamaları artmakta, diğer taraftan belirtilen tüm bu konularda yaşanan anlaşmazlık derecesi arttıkça ise evlilik uyum puan ortalamaları azalmaktadır.

This research, which was conducted in the province of Ankara carried out to determine and compare the various subjects in the economic, managerial and psychosocial activation areas and the marital adjustment of the man and woman in the view point of demographic and socioeconomic variables such as their education levels, marriage ages, marriage duration, age differences, child number, monthly income amount and working of the women. 413 married personnel and their spouses whom were chosen in accordance with the“Random Sampling Method”by the personnel who were working in different service classes in the center and Beytepe Campus of Hacettepe University, were included by the research. The points that were granted from the“Dyadic Adjustment Scale”by the spouses whom were included by the research, were between 18 and 148. The marriage adjustment point average of spouses, is 104.03 and when it is examined in accordance with the sex, the men's (105.37) is higher than the women (102.69) (p>0.05). Even there are some differences, the marriage adjustment point averages of both men and women are higher as their education levels, the monthly income amount of the family, the marriage age as much of the 35 years old and over are higher, and as the child number, the age difference between the spouses and the group which they are married 21 years and over, are higher, they are less. Furthermore, the marriage adjustment point average of both men and women is the highest in the families which the women are working and it is the lowest in the families which the women are retired. As a common tend between the spouses, when the sharing of thoughts and feelings (communication), the similarity of their goals and the priority of their values, the participation to the decisions for the important subjects and the activities of home, to accept the sufficient of relationships between both himself/herself and his/her spouse's mother, father and relatives, to participate together to the leisure time activities, to accept the income is sufficient for the needs and the satisfaction degree for these subjects are higher, the marriage adjustment point average is also higher, on the other hand, when the disagreement degree on those subjects is higher, the marriage adjustment point is less.
