Özet
ÖZET Supraorbital bölge cerrahisinde ve lokal anestezi uygulamalarında margo supraorbitalis'te yer alan anatomik oluşumların yerinin iyi bilinmesi postoperatif komplikasyonların önlenmesi açısından önemlidir. Çalışmamızda önemi vurgulanan incisura (foramen) supraorbitalis ve frontalis'in varyasyonları ve morfometrik özellikleri araştırıldı. Öğrenci pratiklerinde kullanılan toplam 123 kuru kafatası üzerinde çalışıldı. Ölçüm sonuçlarına göre incisura (foramen) supraorbitalis'in dağılımı, % 47,96 bilateral incisura; % 8,94 bilateral foramen; % 33,33 bir tarafta foramen, diğer tarafta incisura; % 2,43 sadece tek tarafta incisura; % 0,81 sadece tek tarafta foramen; % 1,62 bir tarafta 1 foramen, diğer tarafta 2 foramen, % 0,81 bir tarafta 1 incisura, diğer tarafta 1 foramen ve 1 incisura; % 0,81 bir tarafta 1 incisura, diğer tarafta 2 foramen; % 0,81 bir tarafta 1 incisura, diğer tarafta 2 incisura olarak bulundu, incisura (foramen) frontalis'in dağılımı ise, % 69,91 bilateral incisura; % 0,69 bilateral foramen; % 0,69 bir tarafta incisura, diğer tarafta foramen; % 11,38 sadece tek tarafta incisura; % 17,07 her iki tarafta da bir şey yok şeklinde idi. incisura supraorbitalis'in orta hatta, nasion'a, sutura frontozygomatica (FZS)'ya, sutura frontomaxillaris (FMS)'e olan uzaklıkları sırasıyla sağda 22,36 ± 2,51 mm, 23,22 ± 2,53 mm, 29,25 ± 2,78 mm, 18,61 ± 2,96 mm, solda 21,82 ± 3,02 mm, 22,78 ± 3,03mm, 29,49 ± 2,52 mm, 18,51 ± 2,54 mm olarak bulundu. Foramen supraorbitale'nin orta hatta, nasion'a, FZS'ya, FMS'ya olan uzaklıkları sırasıyla sağda 26,23 ± 4,94 mm, 27,74 ± 4,80 mm, 28,59 ± 2,70 mm, 23,86 ± 4,69 mm, solda 26,65 ± 4,98 mm, 28,07 ± 5,14 mm, 28,33 ± 3,58 mm, 23,75 ± 4,47 mm olarak ölçüldü, incisura supraorbitalis'in yatay çapı sağda 5,22 ± 1,89 mm, solda 5,44 ± 1,92 mm olarak tespit edildi. Foramen supraorbitale'nin margo supraorbitalis 'e olan uzaklığı, yatay ve dikey çaplan sırasıyla sağda 3,07 ± 1,91 mm, 3,55 ± 1,06 mm, 2,05 ± 0,55 mm, solda 2, 92 ± 2,51 mm, 3,27 ± 1,01 mm, 2,08 ± 0,43 mm olarak ölçüldü, incisura frontalis'in orta hatta, nasion'a olan uzaklıkları ve yatay çapı sırasıyla sağda 18,48 ± 2,41 mm, 18,97 ± 2,30 mm, 3,55 ± 1,02 mm, solda 18,12 ± 2,23 mm, 18,51 ± 2,20 mm, 3,26 ± 0,97 mm olarak bulundu. Foramen frontale'nin orta hatta, nasion'a, margo supraorbitalis' e olan uzaklıkları, yatay ve dikey çapları sırasıyla sağda 11,74 ± 3,91 mm, 15,00 ± 3,05 mm, 8,96 ± 3,99 mm, 1,82 ± 0,49 mm, 1,52 ± 2,26 mm, solda 14,18 mm, 15,29 mm, 4,99 mm, 451,89 mm, 1,38 mm olarak tespit edildi. Incisura (foramen) supraorbital ile incisura (foramen) frontalis arası uzaklık sağda 6,33 ± 3,25 mm, solda 5,76 ± 3,30 mm olarak ölçüldü. Bütün bu ölçümler sırasında elde edilen bulgular sağ ve sol olarak karşılaştıklarında aralarında anlamlı bir fark olmadığı görüldü (p>0,05 student t-testi, INSTAT istatistik programı). Sonuçlarımızın nöroşirurjik girişimlerde, lokal anestezi uygulamalarında ve özellikle plastik ve rekonstrüktif cerrahideki endoskopik alın cerrahisi girişimlerinde klinisyenlere yardımcı olabileceğini düşünmekteyiz. 46

SUMMARY A good knowledge of the anatomic formations in the margo supraorbitalis is necessary to prevent postoperatif complications of the local anesthetic applications and surgery of the supraorbital area. In this study, the variations and morphometric specifities of the incisura supraorbitalis and frontalis are examined. The study is worked on 123 dry cranium which are prepared for the student practical studies. According to the results of our measurement the incisura (foramen ) supraorbitalis is in the form of bilateral incisura in 47,96%; bilateral foramen in 8,94%; a foramen in one side and an incisura in the other side in 33,33%; unilateral incisura in 2,43%; unilateral foramen in 0,81; a foramen in one side and 2 foramen in the other side in 1,62%; an incisura in one side and an incisura and a foramen in the other side in 0,81%; an incisura in one side and 2 foramen in the other side in 0,81%; an incisura in one side and 2 incisura in the other side in 0,81%o. On the other hand incisura (foramen) frontalis is in the form of bilateral incisura in 69,9 1%; bilateral foramen in 0,69%; an incisura in one side and a foramen in the other side in 0,69%; unilateral incisura in 11,38%; total absence of incisura and foramen in the both sides in 17,07%. The distances from incisura supraorbitalis to midline, to nasion, to sutura frontozygomatica and to sutura frontamaxillaris are found respectively 22,36 ± 2,51 mm; 23,22 ± 2,53 mm; 29,25 ± 2,78 mm; 18,61 ± 2,96 mm in the right and 21,82 ± 3,02 mm, 22,78 ± 3,03 mm, 29,49 ± 2,52 mm, 18,51 ± 2,54 mm in the left. The distances from foramen supraorbitale to midline, to nasion, to sutura frontozygomatica and to sutura frontamaxillaris are found respectively 26,23 ± 4,94 mm; 27,74 ± 4,80 mm; 28,59 ± 2,70 mm; 23,86 ± 4,69 mm in the right and 26,65 ± 4,98 mm, 28,07 ±5,14 mm, 28,33 ± 3,58 mm, 23,75 ± 4,47 mm in the left. The horisontal diameter of the incisura supraorbitalis is measured 5,22 ± 1,89 mm in the right and 5,44 ± 1,92 mm in the left. The distance from foramen supraorbitale to margo supraorbitalis is 473,07 ± 1,91 mm in the right, 2,92 ± 2,51 mm in the left. The horisontal and vertical diameters of the foramen supraorbitale are 3,55 ± 1,06 mm and 2,05 ± 0,55 mm in the right and 3,27 ± 101 mm and 2,08 ± 0,43 mm in the left. The distances from the incisura frontalis to midline and to nasion are found 18,48 ± 2,41 mm and 18,97 ± 2,30 mm in the right and 18,12 ± 2,23 mm and 18,51 ± 2,20 mm in the left. The horisontal diameter of the incisura frontalis is measured 3,55 ± 1,02 mm in the right and 3,26 ± 0,97 mm in the left. The distances from the foramen frontale to midline, to nasion and to margo supraorbital are found 1 1,74 ± 3,91 mm; 15,00 ± 3,05 mm; 8,96 ± 3,99 mm in the right and 14,18 mm; 15,29 mm; 4,99 mm in the left. The horisontal and vertical diameter of the foramen frontale are measured 1,82 ± 0,49 mm and 1,52 ± 2,26 mm in the right and 1,89 mm and 1,38 mm in the left. The distance between the incisura (foramen) supraorbitalis and incisura (foramen) frontalis is measured 6,33 ± 3,25 mm in the right and 5,76 ± 3,30 mm in the left. As a result of all these measurements there was no meaningful difference between right and the left sides (p>0,05, student t- test, IN STAT statistical program). We expect that our results will be helpful for clinicians during the neurochirurgic, local anesthetic and endoscopic forehead surgery applications.
