Özet

Öz internetin hayatımızda hızla yaygınlaşması yepyeni bir ekonominin gelişmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu yeni ekonomide mal ve hizmetlerin üretiminin, pazarlanmasının, satılmasının ve dağıtımının telekomünikasyon şebekeleri aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilebilir olması işletmelerin elektronik ticaret kavramı ile tanışmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Elektronik ticaretin iş süreçlerinde meydana getirdiği değişimin, işletmelerin elektronik ticaretle birlikte gelen fırsatlardan yararlanma talepleri ile birleşmesi sonucunda, elektronik ticarete geçiş süreci için standart hale getirilmiş adımların tanımlanması bir zorunluluk haline dönüşmüştür. Bu nedenle çalışma kapsamında, proje yönetimi tekniklerinin bilişim projelerine uyarlanması ile birlikte, elektronik ticarete geçiş metodolojisi açıklanmakta ve bu süreç içerisinde gerçekleştirilmesi gereken faaliyetler adım adım tanımlanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak elektronik ticarete geçiş için bir taslak oluşturularak işletmelerin kullanımına sunulmaktadır. ABSTRACT The widespread of internet impetus in our lives causes a crisp economy to develop. In this new economy, the production, marketing, selling and distribution of goods and services become available by telecommunication networks. So, this situation causes enterprises to meet the concept of electronic commerce not only as an opportunity but also as an obligation. It is a necessity to define standardized steps for transition to electronic commerce process as a cause of combination of the change that electronic commerce creates in business processes and the demands of enterprises to benefit from the opportunities that electronic commerce presents. As a reason of this situation, in the scope of the study it is explained the adaptation of project management methods to information technology projects with the methodology of transition to electronic commerce and the activities are described that should be realized step by step. As a conclusion, a constitution of draft for transition to electronic commerce is presented for usage of enterprises. m
