Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışma Dünya'da ve Türkiye'de içinde bulunduğumuz yüzyılda oyuncunun temel özelliklerini ortaya koyarak ideal bir oyuncu adayını seçmek için gerekli ölçütlerle, uygulanabilir bir sınav yöntemi oluşturmayı hedeflemiştir. Ulusal ve uluslararası platformda sanat eğitimi alan bireylerin varlıklarını ortaya koyabilmeleri için oluşturulan meslek birlikleri ile uluslararası kurumlar ve bu oluşumlarda sanat eğitimini geliştirmeyi hedefleyen çalışmalardan hareketle, Üçüncü bin yılda oyuncunun kimlik özelliklerini oluşturan kaynaklar saptanmaya çalışılmaktadır. 1960'lardan itibaren oyuncu kendini deneysel çalışmaların içinde bulmuş ve tiyatro sanatı oyuncunun eğitiminden, sahnenin diğer anlatım araçlarına kadar hızlı bir değişim süreci yaşamıştır. Dünyada yaşanan değişimlere paralel olarak gelişen ve değişen gereksinimler, oyuncunun yapısı ve hedeflerini de değişmiştir. Türkiye'de, tarihsel süreçte oyuncunun eğitimi kısaca değerlendirmeye çalışarak oyuncularımızın bugün yaşadığı sorunlar ve oyunculuk mesleğine yaklaşımları saptanmaya çalışılmaktadır. Ayrıca dünyada çağdaş tiyatro uygulamalarına yeni bir yaklaşım kazandıran önemli isimlerin oyuncuya ilişkin saptamalarına yer vermeye çalışılmaktadır. Sanatla öğrenme sürecinin yaşanması çağdaş eğitimin vazgeçilmez bir parçasıdır. Bu nedenle, sanat eğitimi almaya istekli, ideal adaylarla karşılaşabilmemizin yolu, bireysel yaratıcılığı ortaya çıkaran eğitim programlarıyla gerçekleşebilecektir. Bu nedenle, sanat eğitiminin örgün eğitimle birlikte hareket etmesi için yapılması gerekenler örneklerle ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır, Bu noktadan hareketle, ülkemizde halen oyunculuk eğitimi alan, farklı üniversitelerden öğrencilerle anket çalışması yapılarak, oyuncu aday profilimiz ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Dünyada oyunculuk eğitimi veren kurumlarda adaydan istenen ön koşullara ilişkin örneklerle, bu örneklerden yola çıkarak önkoşullar için yeni bir öneri getirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Tüm bu değerlendirmelerin ışığında, Dünyada ve Türkiye'de oyunculuk eğitimi veren kurumların yöntemlerinden örnekler verilmeye, kurumların oyuncu adayını seçerken kullandıkları ölçütler ve bu ölçütlerin güçlü ve zayıf yanları saptanarak, yeni bir yöntem belirlenmeye çalışılmaktadır.

ABSTRACT The target of this study is to form an applicable methodology of elemination in order to choose the appropriate actor candidate by defining the main properties of an actor in 21* century both in Turkey and in the world. It is aimed to determine the sources forming the identification of an actor in the new millenium with the help of national and international organizations specifically designed for the individuals, studying in the arts education, to present their existence and the help of the studies for the development of arts education done in these organizations. Since 1960's, the actor found himself in experimental studies and the art of theatre has started to experience a transformation procees from the education of the actor, to all other expression tools of the stage. Changing and developing requirements, parallel to the changes in the real world, has also altered the structure and target of the actor. It is aimed to determine the problems faced by to day's actors and obstacles in their perception of acting profession by evaluating the history of the arts education in Turkey. Besides it is necessary to allow the opinions of the important names who brough new points to the global drama applications. Education by arts is an undeniable part of the modern education. Therefore, the right way to find the appropriate candidates for the arts education will be by such educational programs that makes the individual creativity appear. It is aimed to determine all the necessary actions to be taken for the parallel application of arts education with the mandatory education by the help of the exemples given. With the survey done with the students from different universities pursuing an education in acting, our actor profile has been determined. It is aimed to make a new proposal for the admission requirements, by evaluating the examples of different admission requirements of institutions of arts education. Under the light of all above evaluations, it is aimed to present some examples from the methods of the institutions of arts education both in Turkey and in the world and to design a new methodology by determining the criterias used to select the candidates by the above mentioned institution and the strengths and weaknesses of these criterias.
