Özet
Bu araştırma, mesleki müzik eğitimi veren kurumlarda çalgı eğitiminde kullanılan önemli konulardan biri olan Rönesans ve Barok dönem danslarının, eğitimdeki yerini ve kullanılabilirlik düzeyini belirlemek ve bu dans formlarıyla ilgili kapsamlı bilgi vermek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Örneklem gurubunda verilen eğitim kurumlarının öğretim elemanları ve öğrencileri ile yapılan görüşmeler sonucu, bu dans formlarının çalgı eğitiminde öğrencilere kazandırdığı birçok özellik sayesinde büyük önem taşıdığı ortaya çıkmış, fakat böyle olduğu halde öğrencilerin konu hakkında neden bu kadar yetersiz olduğu anlaşılamamıştır. Öğrencilerin konu hakkındaki eksikliklerini giderebilecek olan ve eğitimin kalitesini yükseltebileceği düşünülen dans ve müziğin müzik eğitimi için birlikte kullanılmasına ilişkin bir yöntem üzerinde durulmuştur.

In this research the aim has been determining the true situation and the usebility level of Renaissance and Baroque dances in professonal instrumental education and, also giving comprehensive knowledge about these dance forms. In the mentioned exemplary institutes, by making interviews with the teachers and students, the importance of these dances has been proofed accordingly to the many features that they contributes in the instrumental music education, but with a contradiction, by looking to the results it couldn't be answered, why the students are generally insufficient about mis subject. Also a study has been made about an alternative concept related with the cooperation of dance and music for the music education with the belief of satisfying the insufficiencies and to increasing the level of quality in this field.
