Özet

ÖZET Bu araştırma Niğde ili Bor Fahri Kirt ilköğretim okulunda Beden eğitimi dersine giren 15, girmeyeni 5 ve hem beden eğitimi dersine giren hem de egzersiz programına kanlan 1 Solmak üzere, toplam 45 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmıştır uygulanmıştır, öğrencilerin yaş, boy, vücut ağırlığı, aerobik güç, anaerobik güç, pençe kuvveti (sağ-sol el), esneklik, sistolik kan basıncı, diastolik kan basmcı, sürat, FVC, FEVİ,PEF, değerleri incelenmiştir ve beden eğitimi dersinin öğrencilerin fiziksel ve fizyolojik özelliklere etkisi saptanmıştır.. Bor Fahri Kirt ilköğretim okulunda beden eğitimi dersine giren 15 erkek öğrenci okul müfredat programında uygulanan beden eğitimi dersine katılmış, beden eğitimi dersine girmeyen 1 5 raporlu erkek öğrenciye herhangi bir uygulama yapılmamış ve 15 erkek öğrencide hem beden eğitimi dersine katılmış hem de haftada üç gün okul futbol takımı egzersiz programı uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler, SPSS for Windows 10,00 paket programında değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmada kullanılan ölçüm sonuçlarının Aritmetik Ortalaması (X), Standart Sapması (Sd) tespit edilmiş ve one away testi kullanılarak gruplara tukey testi uygulanıp guruplar arasındaki anlamlılıklar P0,05 önem seviyesinde anlamlı farklılıklar saptanmamıştır. ABSTRACT This research has be en held on the students attending to Bor Fahri İlköğretim school in Niğde. The subject group of the study is grouped into three; 15 subjects who are attending the physical education and sports course, 1 5 who are not attending and 1 S subjects who are attending both to the physical education and sports courses and exercise programs. The age, length, body weigth, aerobic power, anaerobic, power, grip force (right-left hand),systolic blood pressure, dystolic blood pressure, speed, FYC, FEV1, PEF values analyzed and the physical and physiological effects of the physical education and sports course is investigated. The first group attended to the physical educatian and sports courses, planned according to the school curriculum, second group consisted from the students who were not allowed to attend the courses by doctor permission and the third group composed of the students who were attending regularly to the physical education and sports courses and attending to the school football teams trainings three times weekly. The data gathered from the study was analyzed by the 10.0 version of SPSS program.
