Özet
Kttoelleşmenirç dünya politikalannı ve gündelik hayatımızı etkilediğini her halükarda biliyoruz. Küreselleşmenin, bütünleşmiş gösteriyi güncelleştirdiğini ve hayatımızı denetim altına alacak, bir politikaya yöneldiğini de görüyoruz. Böyle bir toplumsal paranoya içinde, toplumun alt kesitleri de küreselleşmeden nasibini almıştır. Dolayısıyla transnasyonel sermaye, nasıl küreselleşmişse; aşağıdakilerin, yeni sosyallik pratikleri de, bir o kadar küreselleşmiş ve yersizyurdsuzlaşmıştır.Bu da toplumsal durumun içinde oluşan değişimleri göstermekte ve yeni analiz tekniklerini önümüze sunmaktadır. Yeni egemenlik anlayışlarına, biyo-politik iktidara, denetim toplumuna, gösteri zamanına ve tüketim çılgınlığına karşı bir eleştiriyi ve duruşu sergileyen aşağıdakilerin minör politikası, tekil bir gösteriyi, şenliğe hazırlamaktadır. Bu durum, yeni sosyalliklerin, merkezi yapılardan ve iktidardan kaçışım ele almakta ve moleküler bir politikayı oluşturmaktadır. Moleküler düzeyde işleyen bu tekillik pratikleri, J|hjzâme'un(köksap'ın) ve çokluğun hareketlerini sunmaktadır. Bütün yirminci yüzyılın bütünlükçü politikaları ve majör anlatıları, iktidarın içine sıkışarak, bir şey yapamadığını, bize göstermiştir. Örneğin ne sosyoloji ne de psikoloji, modern insanın bunalımına“çözüm”bulamamıştır. Öte yandan, yanyana duruşu ortaya koyan, kolektif paylaşım alanlarım yaratan, minör politika düzeyi, bir çözüm önerisinden çok, yaşamın kendisinin direnişine davettir. Bu durum, kendini sadece politik alanda değil, sosyolojide, felsefede, sanatta, edebiyatta ve diğer alanlarda hissedilir kılmıştır. Yüksek değerlere, hiyerarşiye ve merkezi, büyük anlatılara yönelik tavırları ortaya çıkaran, bu minör-oluşlar, disiplinlerarası bir çalışmayı, mikro mücadeleleri gündelik hayatın içinde oluşturmaktadırlar.Edebiyatta Kafka'nın yazılan, Oğuz Atay'ın Tutunamayanlan, Yusuf Atılgan' m Aylak Adamı, Doğan GüzeFin Qinx'i ve Kürt edebiyatının göç-oluşta ki hali, bunu bize göstermektedir. Minörlük, sadece politikayı ve sanatı değil, siyasal ve sosyal anlamda bütün hayatı kapsayacak, bir alam, coşkunluğu varlıklaştırmaktadır. Minör politika, yaşamın kendisinin direnişine, bir çağrıdır. It is a well-known fact that globalization has a great impact on world politics and our daily lives by all means. We also observe that globalization is actualizing the integrated entertainment and directed towards a policy which shall inspect our lives. In this social paranoid, the sub-levels of society has been influenced from the globalization as well. Therefore, new social practices of the things indicated below has also been globalized and has deterritorialisation as transnational capital has been globalized. This indicates the changes occurring in the social status and presents us new techniques for analysis. The minor politics, of the things indicated below, which presents an argument and a standpoint against new sovereignty understanding, bio- political power, control society, entertainment epoch and the madness of consuming, gets the unique show ready for a festivity. This situation examines the escape of new socialites from centralized structures as well as sole power, and composes molecular politics. These singularized practices which operates in the molecular level, presents us the movements of Rhizome and plurality. Constricted in the web of power, the entire integrated politics and major narratives of the 20th century proved us that they can not do (achieve, accomplish) anything at all. For instance, neither sociology nor psychology has found any“solution”for the depression of modern man. However, demonstrating being next to each other and creating collective sharing areas, the level of minor politics is in fact an invitation to the resistance of life to itself more than merely (sadece) being a solution proposal. This situation renders itself being felt not only in politics but also in sociology, philosophy, arts, literature and other areas. Revealing attitudes against high values, hierarchies as well as centralized and grand narratives, these minor-occurrences constitute the inter-disciplinary study and the micro-struggles in the daily life. The narratives of Kafka,“Losers”of Oğuz Atay,“Idle Man”of Yusuf Atılgan, Qinx of Doğan Güzel in the literature as well as the status of the Kurdish literature in the immigration condition, demonstrate us this situation. Minority inanimates not only politics and arts but also an enthusiasm, an arena which contains the entire life in political and social meanings. Minor politics, is a call for the resistance of life to itself.“Power is everywhere, so is resistance!”
