Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye Tenis Federasyonunun hizmet kalitesini ölçerek Türkiye Tenis Federasyonunda Toplam Kalite Yönetiminin uygulanabilirliğini araştırmaktır. Çalışmada kullanılan anket; konuyla ilgili uzmanlar tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Tenis Fedarasyonunun iç müşterilerini oluşturan antrenör, sporcu, yöneticiler federasyonun eğitim dairesi ile işbirliği yaparak antrenör, monitörlerin kurslarla yetiştirilmesini ve seminerlerle eğitilmesini sağlamasından, yabancı ülkelerdeki sportif gelişme ve yenilikleri izleyerek bu yeniliklerden ülke içinde daha fazla kişinin yararlanmasını sağlama çabalarından, uluslar arası federasyonun izni ile uluslar arası kurs, seminer ve spor organizasyonu düzenleme konusundaki çabalarından, tenis branşını geliştirmesi için yaptığı planlardan, yarışma düzenlenmesi için gerekli olan hakem, antrenör, müsabaka yönetmelik taslaklarının hazırlanmasından memnun kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Bununla birlikte tenis sporunun yurt genelinde dengeli bir şekilde yayılıp gelişmesinden, yurt içinde ve dışında sportif gelişmeleri izleyip karşılıklı ilişki, yarışma ve diğer faaliyetleri programlayıp bunları kontrol etmesinden, ülke içinde düzenlenen tüm müsabakaların devamlıllığını sağlamasından, uluslar arası yarışmalara katılacak olan takımları seçmek ve seçilen takımları yarışmalara hazırlamasından, sahip olduktan bütçenin en iyi şekilde değerlendirilmesinden az memnun olduklarını belirtmişlerdir. Memnun olmadıkları konular ise tenis dalıyla ilgili arşiv ve istatistiki çalışmalar yapmasından, gelecek vaad eden sporcuları bulup takip etmesinden, kulüplerarası veya iller arasında doğabilecek teknik uyuşmazlıkları çözmesinden, spor malzemelerinin temin edilmesinden memnun olmadıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Çalışmada Tenis Federasyonun hizmet kalitesinin hiçbir aşamasında çok memnun olunmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Buda Tenis Federasyonunun toplam kalite yönetimine ihtiyacı olduğunu kanıtlamaktadır. 45

ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to investigate the practicability of the total Quality Management in the Tennis federation of Turkey while evaluating the quality of the Turkish Tennis Federation. The public survey that is used in this study is constituted by the experts who are involved in the subject. The trainer, sportsman, administrator who constitute the interior clients of the Tennis Federation indicated that they are pleased with the education department's cooperation with the federation and trainer, and that Monitors are trained by courses and educated by seminars; that they are pleased with the efforts to provide beneficial usage for the individuals who use innovations and developments within the country, by observing the sports developments and innovations in the foreign countries; that they are pleased with the efforts in arranging courses, seminars and sports organizations with the permission of the International federation arranging international course; that they are pleased with the future plans to improve the branch of Tennis, that they are pleased with the preparations of trainers and referees and the outlines of the regulations, that are required to arrange competitions. However, they indicated that they are not pleased with the sport of tennis's stable spread out in homeland and its developments, by observing the domestic and International sports developments they are not pleased with the programming mutual relationships, competitions and other activities; they are not pleased with controlling of them, providing the maintenance of the competitions arranged in national wide, selecting the teams which will join the International competitions and preparing the selected teams for the competitions, utilizing the budget that they own They indicate that the subjects which they are not pleased with, are the archives and the statistical researches related to branch of Tennis, finding the prospective good sportsmen and observing them, solving the technical disagreements that can arise from the inter-clubs or inter-cities, ensuring the sports materials. In this study, It is revealed that the Federation of Tennis is not happy with any of the stages of the Service Quality. This proves that the Federation of Tennis is in need of the Total Quality Management. 46
