Özet

ÖZET 21. yy Bilişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler, toplumu globalleşme ve yeni teknolojiler çerçevesinde oluşan yaşam süreçlerine adapte olma yaptırımı yla karşı karşıya bırakmıştır. Bu hızlı gelişimin hedefi; bilginin hızlı bir devinimde üretilmesini ve paylaşımını öngörerek, sosyal ve düşünce yaşamım ve bu yaşamların geçtiği mekanları değiştirmektir. Bu nedenle araştırma; bilişim teknolojilerinin sosyal, araç ve mekan ilişkilerini saptayarak, özellikle mimari gelişim sürecinde bu ilişkilerdeki değişimlerden direk etkilenen büro binalarmdaki yeni terminolojileri, tasarım girdilerini ve mekan organizasyonundaki değişimleri içermektedir. Büro binaları kapsamında, 13. yy dan günümüze, ofis ve organizasyon sistemleriyle paralel gelişen bilişim teknolojileri ve etkileri araştırılmıştır. Büro yapılan kapsamında gelişen yeni radikal ofis anlayışları- Mobil Ofis, Ev Ofis, Back-Office, Suit Ofis vb.- ve ofis yönetim türleri- Otelleme, Tele-büro, vb. - bilişim teknolojilerinin mimari mekanlara etkileri açısın dan araştırılmıştır. Araştırmaya, öncelikle Bilişim Teknolojisi araçlarının gelişimi ve mimari tasarımı etkileyen organizasyon ve mimari mekan etkilerinin araştırılması ile başlanmıştır.. Araştırmada Büro Binaları, mimari değişime uğradığı zaman dilimleri kapsamında araştırılarak; belirlenen periodlarda, Bilişim Teknolojisi araçları ve dolayısıyla gelişen ofis araçlarının mekana etkileri karşılaştırılmalı örneklerle,. Ofis kavramındaki değişimler, 21. yy 'in yeni ofis yaklaşımları olan; 'Ev Ofis, Suit Ofis, Mobil Ofis' gibi teknolojik donanımlı ofis türleri örneklerle,. Söz konusu ofis türlerin doğuş sebebi olan 'Elektronik Yaşam Birimleri'; 'E-Pazarlama, E- Banka, E-Devlet, E-İş' çözümleri örneklerle sunulmaktadır.. Ev Ofisin yeni tasarım kriter başlıkları 'Fiziksel ve Psikolojik Ergonomi' olarak iki grupta ele alınarak, Ev Ofis çalışma koşullan saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, teknolojik icatların bireyin düşünce ortamındaki zaman ve güç kaybını azaltacak şekilde geliştirildiği saptanmıştır. Bu icatlann, öncelikli olarak iş yaşamını, teknolojik gelişmeleri takiben de bugünkü günlük yaşamı etkilediği gözlenmiştir. 21. yy ile beraber, yaşam koşulları ve eylemleri köklü değişimlere uğramaktadır. Bu dönemde, eylemsel faaliyetlerde insanın yerini akıllı robot ve bilgisayarlar alırken, insan fikir üretme merkezi konumuna getirilmektedir. Bu nedenle, tez genelinde belirtilen araştırma konusu olabilecek yeni konu başlıklan, 'Mimarlık-Bilişim Teknolojileri-Sosyal Yaşam' etkileşimleri araştırmalarının devamı açısından önem taşımaktadır.

ABSTRACT Societies are faced with sanctions such as adaptation to life processes that are formed by growing technologies and globalization as a result of the developments in 21s1 century's informatics technologies. The target of this rapid development is to produce and share the information more rapidly. As a result of this rapid changing, IT change the social and thought life and the places which these actions past. Because of that, the research includes such subjects: determine the special effects of information technologies relations between social, tool and space; according to that development, researching the new office building terminologies, concept criterion and the changing in space organization. Since 13th century, the Information Technologies, which grow in parallel to office and organizations systems, and their effects are researched in the content of office buildings. The growing radical office concept - Mobile Office, Home Office, Back-Office, Resort Office, etc - and the management of office types- hotel, call office, etc. - are searched in terms of information technologies to the architectural spaces. The research has started first with the development of the information technology instruments and the searching of the influence in organization and architectural space.. The Office Buildings are researched according to the segment in which they are faced with the architectural changes; according to that segments, the influence of information technology and the tools that develop are determined with the comparative models.. The changes in the office concept, the new offices approaches of the 21st century: 'Home Office, Resort Office, Mobile Office', and types of offices with the technological equipment are searched with models.. 'Electronic Life Units': 'E-Markefing, E-Bank, E-Government, E-Business“, which are the reasons of the new office types, are determined with the comparative models.. The new home office concepts are considered around 'The Physical and Psychological Ergonomics”, and determined the working conditions of new Home Office. As a result of the evaluation of the research, established that information technologies are developed in the target of reducing the lost of time and power in human's thought life. It observed that, the inventions in information technologies first affects on business life and then, following the development of IT systems, it affects the daily life. By the 21st century, life conditions and actions are faced with radical changes. In this time, smart robots and computers are take the place of human being and, mankind is becoming the thought- producing center. Because of that, the new topics, which are clarification in this thesis, may be future research subjects are important as the continuation of the researches of 'Architecture- Information Technologies-Social Life' interactions.
