Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada Heidegger'in -genelde felsefe tarihinde- özelde ise hermeneutik gelenekte yarattığı yeni ufuklar vurgulanmaya çalışıldı. Heidegger'in, felsefenin temel ve nihai amacının 'varlık'ın anlamının ne olduğunun soruşturulmasından hareketle nasıl ontolojik bir felsefe oluşturduğu gösterilerek, -buna bağlı olarak da- hermeneutiği epistemolojik temelli bir anlayıştan, nasıl ontolojik temelli bir anlayışa taşıyarak 'hermeneutik gelenekte' ki 'hermeneutik daire'ye müdahale ettiği üzerinde duruldu. Heidegger'in 'hermeneutik daire'ye müdahale girişiminin daha anlaşılır olması adına; I. Bölümde, hermeneutik ve hermeneutiğe yaklaşım biçimleri II. Bölümde Heidegger genel hatlarıyla anlatılmaya çalışıldı. Hermeneutik yaklaşım biçimlerinden Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Gadamer ve Habermas'ın hermeneutik anlayışları üzerinde duruldu. Çalışmanın IH. Bölümünde ise, Heidegger'de 'hermeneutik döngü' nün iki ayağını oluşturan 'anlama' ve 'yorumlama' faaliyetlerinin 'varlığın anlamı nedir?' sorusuyla ilişkilendirilerek onun ontolojik bir alana çekilmesi üzerine durularak, Heidegger'deki 'Kehre* incelendi ve Heidegger'in hermeneutik kavramım 'Kehre'ye bağlı olarak gözden çıkardığı gibi yaygın bir anlayışa rağmen, Heidegger'deki hermeneutiğin, tam da bu tür eleştirilerin bizzat kendisinin de 'hermeneutik daire'ye dahil olmalarından dolayı asla yok olmadığı savı vurgulandı. Ill ABSTRACT The latest horizons that Heidegger has created at history of philosophy in general and specifically at hermeneutic tradition were tried to emphasize in this study. It was dwelled upon that Heidegger has interfered to the 'hermeneutic circle at hermeneutic tradition' by showing how an ontolojic philosophy he has formed with the motion of investigating the meaning of existence which is the main and final objective of philosophy to this, by transporting the hermeneutic from a epistemologically founded thought to an ontolojic- founded thought. For being more comprehensible of Heidegger's enterfrence to the 'hermeneutic circle' in the first part Heidegger, in the second part hermeneutic and forms of approach to the hermeneutic were tried to be explained with its general lines. From the forms of hermeneutic approach Schleiermacher, Dilthey, Gadamer and Habermas' hermeneutic thoughts were dwelled upon. And in the third part of the study, by connecting ' comprehension' and 'interpretation' activities which form the two parts of the hermeneutic vicious circle at Heidegger with the question ' what is the meaning of axistence? And by dwelling upon its being transported to an ontolojic area, the 'Kehre' at Heidegger was examined. In spite of a common thought that Heidegger has sacrificed the hermeneutic concept depending on ' Kehre', criticisms themselves being interior to the 'hermeneutic circle', the thesis that the hermeneutic at Heidegger has never been annihilated, was emhasized.
