works 2061 hours a year Under these circumstances it is calculated that a nurse cost the institution approximately 10.017.000.000 TL annually (April 2004) Accordingly a nurse earns 4.860.262 TL an hour. The total of working hours of the nurses in the same service is 2064 hours monthly, whereas the cost of them is calculated as 10.031.580.768 TL In addition the relevant unit value of revenue cost is assessed at 7.248.932,89 TL.
