Özet
88 VLÖZET Bu çalışmada 2-merkaptonikotinik asit ile P-nitrostirenlerin reaksiyonlan incelenmiştir. j3-Nitrostiren türevleri nitrometan ve benzaldehit türevlerinin kondenzasyonu ile hazırlanmıştır. 2-merkaptonikotinik asit ile p- nitrostirenlerin reaksiyonu ile önce katılma reaksiyonu ve bunu takip eden siklizasyon reaksiyonu sonucu tiyopiranopiridin türevleri elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada dokuz adet yeni tiyopiranopiridin türevi elde edilmiştir. Kullanılan sentez yöntemi literatürde yer almamaktadır. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapılarının aydınlatılmasında elementel analiz, İR, ^H-NMR, LC/MS, 13C-NMR, COSY ve HMQC spektrumlarından yararlanılmıştır.89 ^-NMR spektrum verilerinden bileşiklerin çözelti içinde değişik oranlarda tautomer formlar halinde bulunduğu saptanmışlar.

-90- VH. SUMMARY In this study, the reaction of 2-mercaptonicotinic acid with p- nitrostyrenes was investigated. The derivatives of (5-nitrostyrenes were prepared by the condensation of nitrometane with appropriate benzaldehyde derivatives. The reaction of 2-mercaptonicotinic acid with p-nitrostyrenes first resulted the addition product and following, the cyclization reaction occured to result thiopyranopyridine derivatives. In this study, nine novel thiopyranopyridine derivatives were obtained. The synthetic methodology utilized was not previously reported in the91 literature. The structure elucidation of the synthesized compounds were done by their IR, ^-NMR, LC/MS, 13C-NMR, COSY and HMQC analyses. ^-NMR analysis of the compounds suggested that compounds were in tautomeric forms in solution at different ratios.
