ABSTRACT Process is sequence of activities that is reproduceable, definable and measurable and which converts the inputs into outputs, valuable for the customers. All the process - ses have three common characteristics ; Converting : Inputs are being converted and added value in processes Feedback Control : With the avaiable feedback information, processes can be controlled and traced by means of indicator. Reproduction : Processes must all the time with the same features In this study, all informations which are given below, processes and Business Processs Management (BPM) concepts are analysed in details. At the first part of the study the definition of process and several topics related to processes are discussedAt second part, staticial methods used for Business Process Management is discussed.At third part the improvement of Business Process Management is discussed. At fourth part is about BEKO Electronic firm which used KOÇ HOLDING Analysis and Improvement Of Business Processes (KHAIBP) Metodology.At fifth part this metodology and its 7 steps are analyzed. The KOÇ Holding Analysis and Improvement of Business Processes (KHAIBP) Metodogly is composed of 7 steps and is an iterative process aiming to improve the present process. At the first step, the crital business process is chosen among candidate processes. The chosen one contributes to the customer satisfaction most. At this step, the organisational roles for the process improvement Project are indicated.At the second step the goals fort he process improvement Project are indicated.At the third step, the process is analysed by using various techniques and charts. The process elements are also defined. At the fourth step, the core step of KHAIBP Metodolgy, the desining of the alternative process is managed. Two popular approaches about this subject are Reengineering and KAİZEN. At fifth and sixth steps,pilot application is performed on the designed and chosen alternative process and if approved, this altenative replaces thepresent one respectively. At the last step,the firm gives a present if the processes are completed succesfully. At fifth section of this study there is also a research which made by using general inquiry about The Business Process Management in BEKO. By using these general reports give details about this metodology effects in workers.
