Özet
ABSTRACT Mikrospor kültüründe, mikrospor konsantrasyonunun andragenesise etkisi, IM.tabacum'un Ege 64 ve Karabaylar çeşitlerinde araştırılmıştır. Mikrosporlar, 8 C'de 10 gün önuygulama yapılmış ve likit ortamda 5 gün ün kültüre alınmış anterlerden steril koşullarda izole edilmiştir. Mikraspor kültürünün 5., 10, \/e 15'nci günlerinde ml'de mikrospor ve embriyoid sayıları saptanmıştır. Genel olarak, en yüksek embriyoid oluşturma oranı, en düşük mikrospor konsantrasyonunda kaydedilmiş ve konsantrasyon ile embriyoid oluşturan mikrospor oranı arasındaki ilişkinin, kültürün 5'nci gününde linear, 15'nci gününde quadratik olduğu bulunmuştur. ABSTRACT The effect of microspore density on androgenesis during microspore culture of tobacco was investigated in Ege Sk and Karabaglarcultivarn of N. t abac urn. Microspores were isolated aaceptically from the anthers that were pretreated at 8 C for ten days and precultu- red on liquid medium for five days. The number of microspores and embryoids per ml mere determined on the 5 th, 10 th and 15 th days of microspore cultures. In general, the highest percentages of embryoids mere recorded at the lowest densities of microspores and the relationship between density and the rate of embriyoid forming microspores was linear on the 5 th and quadratic on the 15 th days of culture.
