Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmanın temel amacı; öğretmen okullarının verdiği eğitim bize fikir verecek olan Konya İline bağlı Akşehir ilçesinde açılmış olan Akşehir İlköğretmen Okulu ve Lisesi'nin tarihsel gelişimini incelemektir. 1956 i!e 1979 yıllan arasında eğitim veren bu okullasın yönetim örgütünü, öğretmen ve öğrencilerini, öğretim programlarını, eğitim araçlarını, sosyal, kültüre! ve sportif faaliyetlerini incelemek ve oku! mezunlarının topluma katkılarını ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçlan gerçekleştirmek için; 1. Osmanlı'dan günümüze ilkokula öğretmen yetiştirmek amacıyla neler yapılmıştır? 2. İlköğretmen Okulları'nın amaç ve ilkeleri nelerdi? 3. Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Lisesi'nin teşkilat yapısı nasıldı? Okuldaki görevli personel kimlerdi? 4. Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Lisesi'nde öğretim programı ve eğitim-öğretim nasıldı? 5. Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Lisesi'nde sosyal, kültte sportif etkinlikler olarak neler yapılırdı? 6. öğretmen Okulları dönemindeki ilkokula öğretmen yetiştirme politikası ye günümüzde eğitim fakültelerinde izlenen politika farklılıklar nelerdir? Sorularına cevap i Bu araştırma bir okul araştırması olup, Akşehir Erkek Okulu ile Akşehir öğretmen Lisesi'nin incelenmesi ite sınırlıdır. Araştırma okul arşivinde incelenen belgeler, yapılan görüşmeler ve incelenen kaynaklaraAraştırmamız iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde, Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Akşehir öğretmen Lisesi'nin tarihçesi, fiziksel yapısı, teşkilât yapısı ve görevlileri hakkında bilgi verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise, Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Akşehir öğretmen Lisesi'nde eğitim-öğretim ile sosyal, kültürel ve sportif etkinlikler üzerinde durulmuştur. Ekler bölümünde; Akşehir Erkek İlköğretmen Okulu ve Akşehir öğretmen Lisesi'nde ile ilgili belgeler, yapılan röportajlar ve okulla ilgili fotoğraflar bulunmaktadır.

ABSTRACT The main purpose of this study which will enlighten us about the education at Teacher Training Schools is to research the historical development of Akşehir Primary Teacher Training School and High School which was founded in Akşehir, a town of Konya. It is aimed to analyze the administrative structure, the students, the teachers, the curriculum, the teaching tools, the social, cultural and sportive activities of these schools which gave education between the years 1956-1979 and reveal the contributions of their graduate students to the society. In order to achieve this goal, the answers of the following questions have been researched. 1. What has been done to train teachers for primary education from the era of Ottomans until today? 2. What were the main principles and the aims of Primary Teacher Training Schools? 3. How was the organizational structure of Akşehir Primary Teacher Training School and High School and who were the staff at school? 4. How were the teaching curriculum and the educational system at Akşehir Primary Teacher Training School and High School? 5. What kind of cultural, social and sportive activities were held at Akşehir Primary Teacher Training School and High School? 6. What are the differences between the era of Teacher Training Schools and today's Faculties of Education in terms of the policy applied to train teachers? This is a study of school research which is limited to Akşehir Primary Teacher Training School and Akşehir Teacher Training High School. The study is based on the documents of school archive, the interviews and the sources reviewed. Our research mainly consists of two parts: inIn the first part; the information about the history, the physical structure, the administrative structure and the staff of Akşehir Male Primary Teacher Training School and Akşehir Teacher Training High School, has been given. In the second part of the study; the educational system, the social, cultural and sportive activities at Akşehir Male Primary Teacher Training School and Teacher Training High School have been mentioned. In the supplementary part, there are documents about Akşehir Male Primary Teacher Training School and Akşehir Teacher Training High School, interviews and the pictures of the school. rv
