V ÖZET EMSALDEN RUHSATLANDIRILAN METHAMIDOPHOS'LU PREPARATLARIN MYZUS PERSICAE (SULZER) (HOM.: APHIDIDAE)'YE ETKİ FARKLARININ LABORATUAR KOŞULLARINDA ARAŞTHULMASI KEYKUBAT, Emrah Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Bitki Koruma Bölümü Tez Yöneticisi, Doç. Dr. Enver DURMUŞOĞLU Şubat 2005, XVII ve 35 sayfa Bu çalışmada, emsalden ruhsatlandırılan methamidophoslu preparatların laboratuar koşullarında Myzus persicae (Sulzer) (Horn.: Aphididae)'ye etki farklarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmış ve kullanılan preparatların etkili madde içeriklerinin spesifikasyonlarında belirtilen değerlere uygunluğu araştırılmıştır. Denemelerde kullanılmak üzere, piyasada bulunabilen ve en çok satılan preparatlar dikkate alınarak Agromon, Erkuron, Metakor, Metaron Safa Tamanex ve Tamaron seçilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın sonucu olarak, Agromon ve Safa Tamanex' in M.persicae'ye laboratuar koşullarında etkisi, istatistiksel olarak önemsiz olsa da diğer ilaçlara göre az bulunmuştur. Ayrıca yine bu preparatların içerdikleri etkili madde miktarı, olması gerekenden sırasıyla %14,11 ve %15,53 oranında eksik tespit edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla, ilaçların etki sonuçlan ile analiz sonuçlan karşılaştırıldığında da bir paralellik görülmektedir. Diğer yandan emsal alman Tamaron'un bu araştırma kapsamında piyasadan tesadüfen alman örneğinde de olması gerekenden %5,98 oranında eksik etkili madde saptanmıştır. VII ABSTRACT EVALUATION ON THE VARIATION IN EFFICACY DIFFERENCES OF ME-TOO REGISTERED PRODUCTS OF METHAMIDOPHOS ON MYZUS PERSICAE (SULZER) (HOM.: APHTDIDAE) UNDER LABORATORY CONDITIONS KEYKUBAT, Emrah MSc in Plant Protection Supervisor: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Enver DURMUŞOGLU February 2005, XVII and 35 pages Differences in efficacies of me-too registered preparates with methamidophos on M. persicae under laboratory conditions were examined and the specified amount of active ingredients was verified.. Namely Agromon, Erkuron, Metakor, Metaron, Safa Tamanex and Tamaron were chosen for the study considering their availability and the most sold products with Metamidophos as active ingredience in the market. The results of this study revealed that Agromon and Tamanex showed the weakest activity against M.persicae compared to the other products examined. The amounts of active ingredients of these products were about 14,11% and 15,53 % lower than that of indicated ones in their certificate. Moreover, the results of analyses of active ingredient were confirmed with results of biological tests. On the other hand the original product Tamaron which was randomly taken from market had 5,98 % less active ingredients than that of described in the chemical specification.
