Özet

Bu çalışmada kekik (Origanum onites L.), anason (Pimpinella anisum L.), rezene(Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) ve lavanta (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) uçucu yağlarının Aphiscraccivora ve Myzus persicae'nın 1- 2 günlük erginlere karşı fumigant, kontak ve kalıntı(rezidual) etkileri araştırılmıştır. Bütün testler, her biri 3 cm çaplı plastik hücrelereyerleştirilmiş 10'ar afit üzerinden ve üç tekrarlı olarak yapılmıştır.Fumigant etki testlerinde, A. craccivora'ya uçucu yağların 30, 45, 60 µl/l hava dozlarıve M. persicae'ya 10, 20, 30 µl/l hava dozları kullanılmıştır. Anason uçucu yağının 45 µl/lhava dozunda 48 saat süreyle uygulandığı bütün A. craccivora bireyleri ölmüştür. M.persicae'da kekik, anason ve lavantanın 30 µl/l hava dozunda 48 saatlik uygulaması sonucu% 100 ölüm oranı tespit edilmiştir.Kontak ve kalıntı etki testlerinde A. craccivora'ya 3,51 µl/cm2-5,26 µl/cm2-7,02µl/cm ve M. persicae'ya 1,17 µl/cm2-2,34 µl/cm2 3,51 µl/cm2 dozları kullanılmıştır.2Kontakt toksisite çalışmalarında dört uçucu yağın bütün dozları afitlerde 24 saatlik sürede%100 ölüme neden olmuştur.Kalıntı toksistesi çalışmalarında A. craccivora'da %83,33'lük en yüksek ölüm oranı48 saatlik uygulamada, anasonun 7,02 µl/cm2 dozunda, M. persicae'da ise %86,67'lik enyüksek ölüm oranı yine anasonun 3,51 µl/cm2 dozunda 48 saatlik uygulama süresindebelirlenmiştir.

The fumigant, contact and residual toxicity of essential oils distilled from thyme(Origanum onites L.), anise (Pimpinella anisum L.), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) andlavander (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) were tested againts to 1- 2 days-old adults of Aphiscraccivora and Myzus persicae. All the tests were applied on 10 aphids, placed on a leaf discin a plastic cell which is at 3 cm diameter, as a three replicated.In the fumigant effect tests 30- 45- 60 µl/l air and 10- 20- 30 µl/l air doses wereapplied to A.craccivora and M.persicae respectively. All tested A.craccivora specimens diedat a dose of 45 µl/l air of anise vapors in a 48 hours of exposure time. In M.persicae 100 %mortality was also recorded with the essentials oil of thyme, anise and lavander at the doses of30 µl/l air in 48 hours.In the contact and residual tests, the doses applied to A.craccivora and M.persicaewere 3,51- 5,26- 7,02 µl/cm2 and 1,17- 2,34- 3,51 µl/cm2 respectively.During contact toxicity tests, all doses of the four essential oils caused 100 %mortality in 24 hours. In the residual toxicity tests, the highest mortality of A.craccivora andM.persicae were 83,33 % and 86,67 % at doses of 7,02 µl/cm2 and 3,51 µl/cm2 of anise in48 hours respectively.
