Dr. Tuğba YanparTez Türü, Yılı : Yüksek Lisans Tezi, 2006Sayfa Adedi : 458ÖZETBu araştırmanın amacı; 2005 yılından itibaren Türkiye genelindeuygulamaya konan yeni Türkçe Öğretim Programının ve 2005 yılı öncesi TürkçeÖğretim Programının yeni ve önceki ders kitaplarındaki metinlerle Türkçe dersininişleniş biçiminin incelenmesidir.1981 temelli Türkçe Öğretim Programı esaslarına göre hazırlanmış olan derskitabının yetersizliğinin nedenlerinin ortaya çıkarılması; yenilenen Türkçe ÖğretimProgramı dâhilinde hazırlanan ve beş yıl süreyle okutulması onaylanan, ?TürkçeDers Kitabı?, ?Türkçe Öğrenci Çalışma Kitabı?nın ve öğretmene rehberlik etmesiiçin hazırlanan ?Türkçe Öğretmen Kılavuz Kitabı? nın olumlu ve olumsuz yönlerininincelenerek ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır.Ders kitaplarında yer alan metinlerin düzeye uygun bir biçimde nasılişlenebildiğini sorgulamak; yeni Türkçe Öğretim Programına uygun olarakhazırlanmış metinlerin ve işlenişlerinin de öğretmenlere verilen ?Öğretmen KılavuzKitabı? yönergeleriyle nasıl işlendiğini ortaya koymak için seçilen (örneklem)metinler, kazanımlara ve ders kitaplarının incelenmesinde oluşturulmuş standartölçütler doğrultusunda incelenmiş ve eleştirilmiştir. Böylelikle metinlerin TürkçeÖğretim Programlarında belirtilen kazanım ve davranışları içerip içermediği, düzey2açısından metinlerin amaçlanana ne ölçüde uygun olduğu ortaya çıkarılmayaçalışılmıştır.Ayrıca 2005-2006 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında 5.sınıf okutan sınıföğretmenleriyle de görüşme yapılarak yenilen programla ilgili olarak onlarındagörüşleri alınmış ve bunlarda araştırmaya yansıtılmıştır.Edinilen bulgular sonucunda yenilenen Türkçe Öğretim Programının veberaberinde ?Öğretmen Kılavuz Kitabı? ile ?Öğrenci Çalışma Kitabı?nın programıuygulama da hem öğretmen hem de öğrenci için kolaylık sağladığı belirlenmiştir.Yenilenen program anlayışına göre hazırlanan ders kitaplarında yer alan metinlerinseviyeye uygun olduğu, ilgi çekici olduğu da söylenebilir. Türkçe Öğretim programıve beraberinde getirdiği yenilikler Türkçe derslerinin işlenişini de olumlu olaraketkilemiştir.

Prof. Dr. Tuğba YanparType of Thesis : MSc.Thesis, 2006Page Number : 458ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to investigate how Turkish lessons are studiedwith previous and new articles in course books and the New Turkish TeachingProgram and The Turkish teaching Program before 2005 which has been circulatedsince 2005.The revealing reasons of insufficiency of the course books which wereprepared according to the Turkish Teaching Program which was found in 1981;Turkish Course books which are prepared in the new Turkish Teaching Program andapproved to be studied for five years; the positive and negative sides of TurkishStudent Workbook and Turkish Teacher Guidebook which is prepared to guide theteacher, is tried to be revealed by investigation.To interrogate how the articles in course books are studied according to thelevel; the articles which were prepared according to the new Turkish TeachingProgram and the articles which were chosen to reveal how to be studied withinstructions of Teacher Guide Book which is given to teachers and the studies of allof these; are investigated and evaluated through the standard criterion which isformed for the objectives and investigation of the course books. So it is tried toreveal whether the articles contain the objectives and behaviors which areemphasized in Turkish Teaching Programs and to what extend the articles are2appropriate to what?s aimed according to level. Moreover, in 2005-2006 EducationYear, it was negotiated with primary school teachers and asked for their ideas aboutthe new program and these are reflected in the research.It?s determined according to the results of the new findings that the study ofthe New Turkish Program and Teacher Guidebook and Student Workbook is easierfor both teacher and student. It can also be said that the articles in the course bookswhich are prepared according to the new program?s approach are appropriated to thelevel and are interesting. The Turkish Teaching Program and the reforms which arebrought with it affects the study of Turkish lessons positively, too.
