Özet
Dört bölümden oluşan bu çalışmada, sigorta şirketlerinde yöneticieğitimlerinin işletmeler üzerindeki etkisinin neler olduğu tespit edilmeyeçalışılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmanın bir başka amacı da, yöneticilerin yönetici eğitimiyleilgili düşüncelerinin belirlenmesi ve verilen eğitim programlarıyla ilgili aksaklıklarınortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu amaçla, stanbul'da genel müdürlükleri bulunan 35 sigortaşirketiyle iletişime geçilerek anket çalışmaları yürütülmüştür. Anketlerin analizindeSPSS programı kullanılmıştır.Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde; yönetim, yönetici ve eğitim ile ilgilikuramsal çerçeve oluşturulmaya çalışılmıştır.kinci bölümde; yönetici eğitimi, yönetici eğitimi eğitiminin amaçları veçeşitleri, Türkiye'de ve Avrupa'da yönetici eğitimiyle ilgili konulara yer verilmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde; araştırmanın amacı, yöntemi, varsayımları, önemi,sınırlılıkları, evreni ve anket bulguları belirtilmiştir.Dördüncü bölümde; sonuç ve önerilere yer verilmiştir. Buna göre;işletmelerin eğitim faaliyetleri, işletmelerin amaçları doğrultusunda öncedenbelirlendiği görülmektedir. Yöneticiler, astların eğitim faaliyetlerine katılmalarınıdesteklemekte ve onların eğitimine önem vermektedirler.
