ÖZETBor, İbrahim, İlâhû Kelâm'ın İmkân ve Tabiatı, Doktora Tezi, Danışman: Doç. Dr. M.Sait Reçber, s. 205.Tez giriş, üç bölüm ve sonuç kısmından oluşmaktadır. Girişte tezin anaçerçevesi ve metodu ortaya konmuştur. Birinci bölümde konuşmanın tabiatıyla ilgiliaçıklamalar tezin kavramsal çerçevesini oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu bölümde?anlam? kelâmın aslû niteliği, ?lafız?da araçsal öğesi olarak ele alınmıştır. Anlamındilsel ve zihinsel yönleriyle birlikte gerçeklikle/varlıkla ilişkili boyutu üzerindedurulmuştur.İkinci bölümde, ilâhû kelâmın imkân ve mahiyetine ilişkin sorunlara yerverilmiştir. Bu bölümde genel olarak ilâhû kelâmın metafizik arkaplanı üzerindedurulmuştur. Bu bağlamda İlâhû kelâmın imkânı; Tanrı'nın ?zat? olması, mahiyet vesıfatlara sahip bir varlık olmasıyla temellendirilmiştir. İlâhû kelâmın nihaû referansıTanrı'nın bilgisiyle açıklanmıştır. İlâhû kelâmın mahiyeti, ilâhû bilgiye, ilâhû iradenin(kastın) yönelimiyle tanımlanırken; ilâhû söz kelâmın beşeri bir dilde gerçekleşmesişeklinde ifade edilmiştir. Kelâmın ezeliliği de Tanrı'nın zamansız bir varlık olması vedeğişmezliğinden hareketle açıklanmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde, ilâhû kelâmın özel bir şekli olarak kabul edilen ?vahiy? veilgili sorunları ele alınmıştır. Vahyin gerekliliği ve keyfiyetiyle birlikte Hıristiyanlık veİslâm'ın temel vahiy tasavvurlarına yer verilmiştir.Tezde Batı felsefesi ve ilâhiyatıyla birlikte İslâm felsefesi ve İslâm kelâmdüşüncesiyle ilgili literatüre müracaat edilmiştir.199

ABSTRACTBor, Ibrahim, The Possibility and Nature of Divine Speech, PhD Thesis, Supervisor:Associate Professor M. Sait Reçber, p. 205.This thesis consists of an introductory chapter, three main chapters and aconcluding chapter. The introductory chapter lays down the general frame of thethesis and research methodology. Chapter I explains the conceptual frame of thethesis through an investigation of theories on the nature of the speech acts. Thechapter takes ?meaning? as the essential property of speech and the ?word? as itsvehicle. It investigates the linguistic and mental aspects of meaning in its relation toreality/being.Chapter II deals with questions on the condition of possibility and nature ofthe divine speech. It mainly focuses on the metaphysical background of the divinespeech. It grounds the possibility of the divine speech on God?s being a ?person? witha certain nature and particular attributes. The ultimate reference of the divine speechis explained by reference God?s knowledge. While the nature of the divine speech isdefined in terms of God?s intentional attitudes towards his knowledge, the divine wordis interpreted as the realization of the divine speech in language. The eternity ofspeech is grounded upon God?s timelessness and immutability.Chapter III deals with ?revelation? that is considered as a particular form ofthe divine speech. The need for and status of ?revelation? is discussed together withthe main Christian and Islamic imaginations of the phenomena.This thesis built upon extensive use of the literature on Western Philosophyand Theology, Islamic Philosophy and Islamic Kalam.200
