Thus companies that plan to market globally mustbe prepared to register their new brands quickly in all countries in which they mayseek to do business. Because of this reason international trademark protection is alsovery important at least national protection, For international trademark protection lotsof international treatments concluded. The most important of two is Paris Conventionand Madrid Protocol.The law on intellectual property in Turkey is currently in a state of rapidchange as around the world. The workshops on intellectual property are objected toreconcile the inherent paradoxes between both harmonized Turkish IP laws andEuropean IP laws on the other hand and the removal of trade barriers within thesingle market on the other. In this study firstly worked on what the trademark is; howthe trademark is registered; which rights the regisration of the trademarks havegotten and the national and international protection of the trademarks.
