The merger activitiy which have been commended in European Countries at the beginning of 18th centuries are continuing progressively in whole world. Especially since the world economics are showing the tendency toward the globalism and extremly increasing of competition from day to day ara enforcing the companies and its managers in the direction of growth and such growths can be approached with the realization of merging. The efforts of survival in the 21st Century and especially the final decleration of European Community on the realisation of the common EC at the end of 1992 and when considering the efforts of Turkey in order to joint into this EC/ it can be seen clearly that companies who realise and to adapt the requirements of merging.
