Özet
Araştırmanın amacı; sınıf öğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırmaeğitimine ilişkin yeterliliklerinin tespit edilmesi ve karşılaştırılmasıdır. Betimleme modelininkullanıldığı bu çalışmanın evrenini Uşak li ilköğretim okullarında görev yapmakta olan sınıföğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise Uşak ilindeki 23 ilköğretim okulundagörev yapmakta olan 285 sınıf öğretmeni ve 104 branş öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır.Araştırmaya katılan öğretmenlerin; özel eğitime muhtaç bireyleri tanıyabilme yeterliliğinitespit edebilmek amacıyla 3 anket maddesi, kaynaştırma eğitiminde uygulanan yöntem veteknikleri bilme ve kullanabilme yeterliliğini tespit edebilmek amacıyla 12 anket maddesi,kaynaştırma eğitimi ilkelerini bilme ve uygulayabilme yeterliliklerinin tespit edilebilmesi için9 anket maddesi ve ölçme-değerlendirme konusundaki yeterliliklerinin tespit edilebilmesiamacıyla da 4 anket maddesi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi için SPSS for Windows 13.0paket programı kullanılmıştır.Araştırma bulgularına göre; sınıf öğretmenlerinin %97,9' unun öğrenme güçlüğüçeken öğrencileri tanılayabileceklerini belirtmişlerdir. Branş öğretmenleri ise %81'i öğrenmegüçlüğü çeken öğrencileri tanılayabileceklerini belirtmişlerdir. Branş öğretmenlerinin %94' 2si dil problemi olan öğrencilere yardım edebileceğini ifade etmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin ise%47,4'ü dil problemi olan öğrencilere yardım edebileceğini ifade etmiştir. Branşöğretmenlerinin büyük bir bölümü zihinsel yetersizliği yüksek seviyede olan öğrencilerinkaynaştırma eğitimi almaması gerektiğini ifade etmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinin ise %64,2 si butür öğrencilerin kaynaştırma eğitimi alması gerektiğini belirtmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda; sınıf öğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırmaeğitimine muhtaç öğrencileri tanıma konusunda yeterli oldukları gözlenmektedir. Sınıföğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenlerinin uygulama, değerlendirme alanlarında da kendileriniyeterli görmektedirler. Ancak bazı ilkeleri bilmedikleri de gözlenmektedir. Bunun sebebiolarak da Kaynaştırma Eğitimi konusunda yeterli bir eğitim almamış olabilecekleridüşünülmektedir. Bu nedenle de sınıf öğretmenleri ve branş öğretmenlerine yönelikkaynaştırma eğitimine ilişkin tanılama, ilke, uygulama ve değerlendirme alanlarında yeterincebilgiye sahip olabilmeleri için hizmetiçi eğitim programları düzenlenmesi önerilmektedir.Ayrıca lisans düzeyindeki öğretmen adaylarına da kaynaştırma eğitimi konusunda verilecekteorik bilginin yanı sıra uygulama ortamları da sağlanması önerilebilir.Anahtar Kelimeler : Kaynaştırma Eğitimi

The objective of the research is to find out the sufficiency and comparison of the classand branch teachers on the combination education, the process in which the students havingsome learning problems are educated with the normal students in the same classrooms. Theuniverse of the present study, which the descriptive model has been used in, is composed ofclass and branch teachers working in the primary schools in the City of Uşak, and the samplesare 285 class teachers and 104 branch teachers working in 23 primary schools in the City ofUşak. 3 different questionnaire items have been used in order to determine the recognizingability of the teachers on the individuals in need of private education, 12 questionnaire itemshave been used to determine abilities of the teachers on knowing the techniques and methodsused in the combination education and also to determine the sufficiency of using them , 9questionnaire items have been used to determine the sufficiency of the abilities of knowingand application of the teachers, and 4 questionnaire items have been used to determine thesufficiency of the teachers in evaluation. For the analysis of the data, SPSS for Windows 13.0ready programme has been used.According to the findings of the present study, the 97, 9 percent of the classteachers have stated that they can recognize the students having the problem of learningdifficulties. The rate is 81 percent among the branch teachers. The 94,2 percent of the teachershave stated that they can help the students having speaking problems. However, the 47, 4percent of the class teachers have stated that they can help the students with the speakingproblems. A great amount of the branch teachers have stated that the students with the highlevel of mental deficiency should not join the fusion education. The 64,2 percent of the classteachers have stated these students should take place in the fusion education.As the results of the study states, both class teachers and branch teachers arecapable of recognizing the students in need of fusion education. Both class teachers andbranch teachers have regarded themselves capable of the areas of application and evaluation.However, it has been observed that they do not know some principles. As the reason of this, itis thought that they do not have enough education on the Fusion Teaching. Therefore, theorganization of in-service training courses directed to both teachers are recommended, toequip them with enough knowledge in the fields of recognizing, principles, application andevaluation related to the fusion education. It is also recommended that, the bachelor degreeteacher candidates should be taken to applied classes as well as the theoretical knowledgeoffered in the fusion education.
