Özet

Mesleki ve teknik egitim kurumlarının en temel görevlerinden biriside ögrencilerini mesleki açıdan yeterli derecede teknolojik bilgilerle donatarak is hayatına, sanayi ve endüstriye hazırlamaktır. Bugün bilgiyi ögrenciye aktarmak yeterli degildir. Bu olusumda ögrencilere bilginin sınırsız dünyasına ulasma olanagı verilmelidir. Teknolojik bilgi sermayesinin ve onu kullanacak insan faktörünün önemi isin boyutları ile birlikte ele alınmalıdır (Bayram, 1999, s.102). Mesleki ve teknik egitim süresince ögrencilere bilgi ve teknolojinin kapılarını açma, ögrencileri yönlendirme ve endüstrinin ihtiyacı olan isgücünü ortaya çıkarma görevi bu okullarımızda görev yapan teknik ögretmenlere düsmektedir. Böyle bir görevi yerine getirebilmek için öncelikle ögretmenin kendisini mesleki açıdan teknolojik bilgilere sahip, nitelikli bir ögretmen olarak yetistirmesi gerekir. Bu çalısmada bilimsel ve teknolojik gelismelerin önem kazandıgı günümüzde, mesleki ve teknik egitim kurumlarında görev yapan teknik ögretmenlerin meslekleriyle ilgili teknolojileri kullanabilme düzeyleri arastırılmıstır. Arastırma konusu hakkında genis çaplı bir literatür taraması yapılmıs ve dikkat edilecek hususlar belirlenmistir. Öncelikle bilim, teknoloji ve mesleki gelisim kavramları üzerinde durulmus, bu kavramların tanımı yapılmıs, daha sonra teknik ögretmenlerin kendilerini meslekleriyle ilgili teknolojik yönden gelistirebilecegi alanlar belirlenmistir. Arastırma bir anket düzenlenerek ögretmenlere uygulanmıs ve sonuçları yorumlanmıstır. Arastırma anketi hazırlanırken uzman kisilerin görüs, öneri ve yardımları alınmıstır. Uygulanan anketler ?SPSS? statistik Paket Programı'nın yardımıyla çözümlenmis ve beklentilere iliskin belli sonuçlar elde edilmistir. Sonuçlar tartısılarak, önerilerde bulunulmustur.

One of the basic missions of vocational and technical council is to prepare the students for business life and industry by equipping with efficient technological knowledge?s. Nowadays, it is not enough to transfer knowledge to students. As a matter of fact, it is not sufficient to transfer the infinite knowledge world to students. In this constitution, it must be given to the students to reach infinite knowledge world. It must research together with the technological information capital and importance of the factor of human who will use it. (Bayram, 1999, s.102). In vocational and technical education duration, mission of the opening knowledge and technology gates to the students, guiding the students and exposing the labour force for industry needs is on technical teachers who are official in schools. To be able to have this mission firstly, it is necessity that the teacher has to improve by himself as a qualified teacher and has a technological knowledge from point of occupational. Scientific and technologic developments are become very important in nowadays. So, it is investigated the level of the ability of using technology which is concerning their occupations for the teachers who are official in the vocational and technical education council. Wide scale literature search is done about the search subject and important matters are determined. It is firstly investigated like technology, science and vocational progress concepts and it is done these concepts definition. Then the branches were determined for the technical teachers to improve their occupational interest by themselves from point of technology. In this investigation questionnaire is applied to the teachers and their results are interpreted. Some opinions, suggestions and helps are taken from specialist persons while preparing the investigation questionnaire. Application questionnaires were analysed with SPSS (Statical Package For Science) and certain results are obtained regarding to the expectations. Suggestions were done by discussing the results.
