Our study is form from four part which are agreement, comment, disagreement and real evidence (The Book and Sünnet) and one starting point. There are 170 hadises in the first part, 48 hadises in the second,195 hadises in the third and 36 hadises in the last part. In this study, we found 450 hadises which are in four boks, The Book, Sünnet, Agreement and Comment. We determined 49 wrong hadises in it. Except Serahsi, other three islamic Creed Leader had used some hadis in their books. Serahsi had used different hadises from other books. All the four writers used some hadis for an avidence in different parts of book. Also Serahsi, Bacî and Gazâlî had used their islamic Creed?s point of view. Bacî is the first who used hadis in his book with 203,Serahsi is the second with 185 hadis, Gazzâlî is the third with 141 and Mutemed is the last with 83 hadises. When we investigate merfu and mevkuf hadis, the situation is little different. Bacî had used more mevkuf hadis than other writers. When I examine four parts of our work. There are a lot of avidence of hadis in the first part. These are real news and they are opinions of deed, person who explains hadis and person whose explaniation isn?t agreed, mürsel news, Prophet?s habits and ideas. In the second part, condition of agreement, rule of agreement, cause of agreement and scholars opinion?s about agreement. In the last part, we used disagreable evidence. These are in a row ?Sedd-i Zerai, istihsan, ? er?u Men Kablena, Sahabe?s Utterence and istishab.? In this study, when we examine four writer?s hadis?s straightness, we see that most of these hadis is in Kütüb-i Tis?a. This shows us that islamic Scholars had often used right hadis or sahabe?s popular ideas, utterence.
