Özet
Bu araştırmada; Ticaret Meslek Liseleri ile Anadolu Ticaret MeslekLiselerinde okutulmakta olan Bilgisayar I dersi öğretim programının, bu dersi okutanöğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.Ticaret Meslek Liseleri ve Anadolu Ticaret Meslek Liselerinde görev yapanve Bilgisayar I dersini okutan öğretmenlerin, Bilgisayar I dersi öğretim programıhakkındaki görüşlerini ortaya koyabilmek amacıyla programın hedef, içerik,öğrenme-öğretme süreci ve değerlendirme etkinliklerine yönelik sorulardan oluşananket hazırlanmıştır. Anket 2005-2006 eğitim öğretim yılında bu okullarda görevyapan öğretmenlere uygulanmıştır.Araştırmanın evrenini Ankara ilinde bulunan Ticaret Meslek Liseleri veAnadolu Ticaret Meslek Liselerinde Bilgisayar I dersini okutan öğretmenleroluşturmaktadır.Anket bu okullarda çalışan 52 öğretmene uygulanmıştır. Cevaplanananketlerin tamamı analize uygun bulunmuş ve araştırma kapsamındadeğerlendirilmiştir. Anket yoluyla elde edilen veriler SPSS (Statistical Package forthe Social Sciences) bilgisayar sisteminde çözümlenmiş; verilerin frekans, yüzde,standart sapma ve ortalamaları hesaplanarak, tabloları oluşturulmuştur.Araştırma sonucunda öğretmenlerin programın hedeflerine, içeriğine veöğretme-öğrenme süreci etkinliklerine etkinliklerine yönelik sorulan sorularaçoğunlukla katılıyorum şeklinde yanıt verdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Öğretmenlerinolumsuz görüşlerinin ise daha çok programın değerlendirme etkinliklerine yönelikolduğu gözlenmiştir.

In this research, the evaluation of Computer 1 course cirriculum in terms ofthe teachers? opinions giving that course at Commercial High Schools and AnatolianCommercial High Schools has been examined.The questionnaire which consisting of the questions about the cirriculum?saim, content, learning-teaching process and the evaluation activities has been carriedto put forth the opinions of the teachers about the Computer 1 course cirriculum. Theteachers working and giving the course in 2005-2006 academic year in Commercialand Anatolian Commercial High Schools have participated in this study.The population of this study is the teachers who are working and giving theComputer 1 course at Commercial High Schools and Anatolian Commercial HighSchools in Ankara. Since the study has been applied to the wholes population therewasn?t an examplification.The questionnaire has been applied to 52 teachers in these schools. Becauseall of the questionnaries have been analysed as frequency and percentage via thestatical analysis programme which were called as SPSS (Statistical Package for theSocial Sciences). The results obtained from the analysis have been interpreted byusing tables also the general results and suggestions take place in this study.As a result of the study we concluded that the teachers agree with thequestions about the cirriculum?s aim, content, learning-teaching process. They havenegative attidutes in terms of the evaluation activities of the cirrucilum
