Özet
Tezimde boşanmanın mali sonuçlarını irdeledim.Boşanmanın yasal sonuçlarını maddi ve mali sonuçlar olmak üzere ikiye ayırabiliriz. Birinci grupta maddi sonuçları, ikinci grupta mali sonuçları yer alır. Maddi sonuçlar, eşlerin hukuki durumları ile ilgili sonuçlar, çocuklarla ilgili sonuçlar, miras hukuku bakımından sonuçlar,usul hukuku bakımından sonuçlardır.Boşanmanın mali sonuçları maddi tazminat, manevi tazminat, yoksulluk nafakası ile mal rejimlerinin tafiyesi konularıdır.Mal rejimlerinin tasfiyesi konusu çok ayrıntılı ve complex olduğundan incelenmedi.

I examined the financial consequnces of divorce in my study.We can separete the legal consequences of divorce into two groups.One is material consequences of divorce,other is financial consequences of divorce.Material consequences are consequences about the spouses juridical state, consequences about the children,consequences about the law of succession, consequences about the law of obligation.Financial consequences of divorce are, material damages, immaterial damages,alimony and matrimonial property systemss. We can not examine matrimonial property systems because it is very coplex and detailed.
